Captain Towing offers car towing and roadside assistance. Customers have praised the company for its reasonable pricing and quick response times, especially during busy periods like snow storms. The office staff has also been commended for their kindness and empathy, making a difficult situation better for customers. One driver, Trevor, went above and beyond by scraping a vehicle and moving a frozen carpet to prevent an accident.
This company has always had my back in any pinch and has very experienced and conscientious employees/drivers

Great experience. Needed a tow for a client in Chanhassen. Called Captain and they were able to swing right out for a pickup, which included an ETA. Thankful for great service right down the street. Would use again without hesitation.
