The work done was high quality and the customer service was exactly what you would want in these types of situations. “Honest, knowledgeable & quick service.
My car broke down on my way to this business. I called and said I would be late as I’d need a tow.
They referred me to a tow service and within 20 minutes got my car to the shop.
Within 30 minutes of dropping the vehicle off - they already gave me a diagnosis and quote. 3 hours later my car was repaired and running good as new.
They also gave me a document in regard to the tow in case I had ‘tow insurance’. Sure enough, I do have the insurance and got reimbursed for the service.
This kind of service and professionalism earned them a new loyal customer.”

Automotive in St. Louis Park and they charged me $225 to diagnose the problem, then gave me a quote that was 4 times higher than the price I paid at Karz. They estimated for me and did tell me theres a possibility my car cant get worked on till Monday as they are waiting on parts, which is common. I told them I need my car by Monday for work. They went out of their way to work it through and fixed my brakes and ensure it was safe to drive. The guys are direct and to the point. Got my car fixed same day.
