“11/10 would recommend!!!I was in an accident and need both mechanical and body work done to my 2022 vehicle. After calling all the dealers in 50 mi radius no one was able to take or even take a look at my vehicle for weeks. Due to the heavy snow all shops had filled parking lots and couldn’t take anymore vehicles. I called Karz and without hesitation he took my vehicle in and was able to look at it right away and order pieces. Called with updates as pieces arrived and even made sure to order original parts so it wouldn’t affect my warranty. Turn around time was quick! And when I picked up my car they had even cleaned it on the outside!!! Car functions as if nothing had even happened to it.Service: Auto body & trim replacement”

“My son in law recommended this auto repair shop to bring my car to since this is their go-to mechanic. The lovely owners Richard and Amy were very kind and patient with me as I have limited knowledge about cars. They answered all of my questions and concerns I had regarding my vehicle. My car needed new brake pads, an oil change, and tires checked. I personally believe what they quoted to me was fair for what had to be done. They did not beat around the bush and try to scam me like most automotive shops would normally do. “Dave and everyone I met was super nice and compassionate about their work. Brought my r8 to flash or reprogram my cluster ECU. They outdid Audi with prompt appointments and labor charges. Audi charged me just to come to the parking lot, plug their obd and tell me they can’t communicate with my ECU after I already told them I own a shop and was working on it myself and I even have account with them but they didn’t care what I was saying just so they can take as much money as possible. Even proposed to do proper grounding inspection and all that will cost me days in the shop. All I wanted was reprogram my cluster ECU or replace it and I’m very knowledgeable about cars but Audi failed me this time. Thanks to Nurtek and especially Dave for coming thru !”

“For the last 2 days, my car didn't start. The husband backed out my car, when he took out the garbage bins to the street, I dont know if he left something on. We charged it and drove it again. Day 2 is the same issue. My Lincoln is my favorite car. We jumped it and drove to Interstate battery right when they opened on Sunday. Worker tested it, and it was at 45% power. So we needed a new battery from 2019. I assume I got my old one here, or Interstate has a great warranty. We got 45% off a new battery. Chose the 6 year one and was installed in about 5 minutes. The cost was $115 plus tax. Great service.”
