Costco Tire Service Center offers quick and convenient tire services, including rotations, balance, and flat repairs, often at no cost. Customers appreciate the fast service, with some appointments completed in under an hour, and employees willing to go the extra mile, such as fixing a nail hole or changing a tire in freezing weather without charge. The center makes booking easy by allowing online tire purchases and installation scheduling, although waiting customers are advised to check on their vehicle periodically, as updates are not always provided automatically. In addition to tire services, Costco provides quality fuel with Top Tier gasoline, which contains higher-grade detergent additives for better engine performance and fuel economy. Access to this fuel is available to members, making it a preferred choice for many. The store also features a wide variety of bulk items, from groceries and prepared meals to furniture, tools, appliances, and electronics, often at great prices. Popular ready-made meals include roasted chickens, ravioli lasagna, and taco plates. Customers value the helpful staff who ensure they get the right products, such as batteries, even when displays are changed or moved. However, some note the parking lot layout can be confusing due to lack of row identifiers, which may make finding a parked vehicle more difficult. Overall, Costco Tire Service Center is known for its efficient service, good deals, and quality fuel offerings.
The staff are rude and speak without the slightest hint of professionalism. The young gentleman with the Jheri curl was particularly peevish…

45 minute estimated wait-time to start a scheduled appointment. That’s completely ridiculous. Maybe if my appointment was scheduled late in the day and others had gone long, I’d understand - but my appt was in the morning. Can we bill you for our wait time? Highly recommend going anywhere else for tire service.
