“I have come to this Tires Plus multiple times since moving to Burnsville, and every time, I have received quality service for a great price. The mechanics here clearly care about the work they do, and care about doing the job right.
Most recently, I had to get a fairly comprehensive service. I blew a tire, and I was due for some routine maintenance anyway. While I was checking in, the service manager, Kate, who was running the entire front of the house herself, helped me pick and choose the exact services I needed, and pick out the optimal tires, while being very friendly, and not overly pushy. This entire time, Kate showed me the pricing information on her screen, as to be up front about the pricing. All the while, Kate was finding discounts, as to keep the price even lower. Vehicle maintenance isn't ever cheap. Tires Plus has some of the best prices you'll find, and has some great discounts. While I was waiting, Kate was being just as helpful and professional with other customers- trying to get them the service they needed, without breaking their bank.
Another small, nice feature about this specific Tires Plus is the location. While waiting, you are right across the parking lot from multiple restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, and more. If you have a while to wait, it's easy to grab a meal or snack, and come right back.”

“This couldn't have been easier! I purchased the tires and set up the installation appointment online. Dropped off the car and waited in the snack area. After an hour and a half I called to check if the car was done, and it was so picked it up. I do advise anyone waiting for their car at the store to check periodically. I assumed someone would let me know when it was done and that did not happen even though I told them I would be waiting at the snack bar.”

“George has taken care of more than ten cars of ours over the years. He treats teenagers with their first cars the same as he treats we more “experienced” drivers. He never upsells and always gives you the info you need to make a decision that works for your budget and timeframe. Yes, sometimes a repair costs a lot of money, but that’s not on him. He’s very competitive on pricing and he’s a good man. We’ll keep going to Master Automotive as long as we have cars.”
