“Derick was the desk person. David was the technician. One of the jobs that I brought the car in for was rear brakes. After David examined the brakes, he said that the brakes did not need to be replaced and he did not want to do it for that reason. That’s pretty honest if you ask me. Derick had all of my info and estimates from a previous visit. Check I. Was quick and efficient. All requested work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Derick was friendly and professional. He kept me updated with an estimated timeline for completion of the work. Highly recommend this location.”
“This couldn't have been easier! I purchased the tires and set up the installation appointment online. Dropped off the car and waited in the snack area. After an hour and a half I called to check if the car was done, and it was so picked it up. I do advise anyone waiting for their car at the store to check periodically. I assumed someone would let me know when it was done and that did not happen even though I told them I would be waiting at the snack bar.”
