They are helpful enough - if you can get past the part about them having removed parts of children's bodies for no medical reason and hiring doctors that get sued for malpractice.

I had my ultrasound today with Riley she did amazing and I was not disappointed! She got great pictures. The doctor I saw afterwards was very nice and professional too!
