What a joke of a company, been charging me 89.99 for over a year when I call and saying found somone else cheaper they say they would decrease my bills to 45 bucks a month for being a loyal customer for over 8 years then I get my next bill , its still 89.99. You all gonna hear from me . Canceled my serviced immediately.

By far the worse customer service ever. Very Difficult to talk to a real person. All AI chat and it just goes in circles. Got off promotion and internet has just gone down hill since. Can’t even stay connected to the internet.

Terrible customer service. Their Burnsville address is actual school. They’re supposed to be open here
