Could not get anyone on the phone!Chat rep tells me cannot install because of other service line. Salesmen TOLD US to keep current service, that the old line would not be affected.Chat rep gives me number to call. Cannot understand accent at all, so I hang up.Salesmen told me I could get someone local to call me via chat, so I ask.Chat rep refused.I insist, saying I had a hard time understanding the last rep and would prefer someone local. I am told "everyone speaks English here". Yes, but I'm hard of hearing and the accent was thick. I don't appreciate being patronized.I say I'm frustrated, on the verge of canceling.Chat rep gives me another number to call. This links directly back to the first number.After having insisted multiple times to have someone call me, chat rep records my number for callback.Never got a callback.I ask which is easier, canceling my service or getting connected to someone locally. I am linked thenumber to call to disconnect a line.Now that we finally have the service (we were given 1 month free because of the delay) I'm never hitting the promised 1,000gb. Usually 900-950, which normally wouldn't be much of an issue, except at times it performs worse than the old 50mb down we had. (I also asked one of the salesmen; "If I'm not hitting the promised speeds, what are my options?" "Get on chat and yell at us, and it'll be fixed in days." After this experience, I have very little faith that's true.)I feel that I was swindled by the salesmen with false promises about how the company had restructured and customer service was better than it had been in the past. And being connected to someone local was just a lie.I do have screenshots of the entire online chat conversation, but they contain personal info. I also didn't get salesmen's customer service promises in writing, so I guess that's on me.

ZERO STARS!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! This company is TRASH!! Customer service and internet service is garbage. I have had them for years because it was cheap and I am a single mom. In those years they have given VERY shotty wifi and worse customer service. Thank goodness cell carriers offer wifi now... for even LESS!!

Worst service ever. The techs that come to help are great but their process so submitting and resolving tickets is horrendous. Our internet has been out now 7 times this month and it takes 2+ days minimum for it to get fixed. We both work from home and this is completely unacceptable.

they are the worst and super scammy. they refuse to let me see or have a copy of my contract. they said they cant do that. they told me i got 5 GB when i signed up only to find out is 115M. now they wont let me see the contract from when i signed up and have upped my monthly fee 4x in the past year with no notification.

Told I could have fiber 500 mb/s installed, they installed DSL 25 mb/s without my knowledge, charged me for things they said were free, have spent 5 hours on the phone with them over the last month and nothing is fixed.

Everytime I call, I get someone I can't understand. My service tickets get cancelled for no reason. No one wants to do their job there and my service has been down for a week, so I'm cancelling.

Worst internet provider!! Goes offline constantly. Always need to call and have service fix problems. When streaming it is constantly buffering!! Go with someone else, not worth the headache!!!! Went from 50$ a month to 65$.

What a joke, if I could give them zero stars I would. I have never experienced worse internet or worse customer service for anything like this company! If it was solely up to me I would’ve canceled their service a long time ago. At first I thought the problem was the modem that my parents had. I suggested they get a new one because theirs was legit at least probably 20 years old. My dad had to call their customer service 4 times to get a new modem. Each time he called he got representatives from overseas & they had “no record” of him calling. They would say they were going to send out a new one & never would. We had to call back 4x before we actually got it. Actually I think he finally had to go on their website because the customer “service” was such a horrendous joke. But it wasn’t just the ancient modem that they had. It’s still going out constantly. Their internet isn’t worth spending your $ on. Go elsewhere if you can. I can’t believe that anyone pays for service that drops this much. It’s infuriating & they should be offering $ back. I can’t believe that it’s drops as often as it does. If it wasn’t for my unlimited data on my phone plan i wouldn’t hardly ever have internet at all.

I was looking for a new internet provider. They gave me a price and tried to schedule a technician to come install it. I stopped them and asked what am I paying for (internet speeds). They couldn’t answer basic questions. They told me if I’m not happy I can just cancel it anytime. Tried selling me a big waste of time.

After years of service I disconnected. Because I was moving. Instead of being honest with me they decided not to tell me that I was going to be charged a full month for just a couple days of service and that they do not prorate months. That's probably something you should tell people if you want to keep customers. Extremely glad that I don't ever have to deal with this company again.
