“I brought my 2012 F150 to ProService because I was having a terrible torque converter shudder. I had them do a fluid change hoping it would fix the problem which as of 100 miles it is gone. I called to make the appointment and was able to drop it off for next day service. They called me in the morning when it was about to go in the shop and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They did a basic inspection and informed me of suggested repairs (all of which I was already aware so no shocking news). There was no pressure to complete any other services which i appreciate. They are super friendly and I will definitely use them again for future service.”

“My Tesla's controller arm broke last week and I managed to pull the car into a parking lot next door to Autopia in Bloomington. It was one of the hottest days of the summer, and, while I waited for a tow truck and dealt with the day's messy challenges, Will at Autopia was very gracious to let me handle everything from within their air conditioned office. Even though I didn't use Autopia for the repair (it was still under my Tesla warranty - thus, I was obligated to use the dealer), I have to say that once my warranty expires, I will definitely take my car to Autopia for regular maintenance. The example they showed in my hour of need, told me exactly what kind of people they are. I recommend them highly simply based on the way they treated me. I never forget a kindness. “Paid for full oil service but little disappointed by the service because they failed to fill the topoffs which GM usually do. (Ex: wiper fluid etc). + I didn’t get the free car wash coupon, anyways I will visit em again and things may get better than before.

“Had a new set of Tires installed and balanced. Then vehicle had problems with the tracking system software. This is due to gratuitous complexity of modern autos. A fundamental part of this is manufacturers being allowed to keep service software proprietary. There needs to be a change in law, to give owners absolute rights to this software and their designee. As is usual the vehicle dealership was not in anyway helpful, but obstructive. Anyhow the second expert Heartland called in was able to solve the problem, but for a significant fee. Due to what I suspect was the cost of his equipment and software, was likely justified. This hassle caused a delay of 24 hours to get the use of my vehicle back.
Heartland were perfect gentlemen about and as blindsided as I was by how this went down.
So beware! Getting a new set of tires is no longer a straightforward proposition with this newer generation of vehicles. And of course no warning of this in the handbook. The marketers I'm sure warned that it would have been bad for sales!”
“Very pleased with the service here at EP Jiffy Lube. Brian, Brent and Derek were very knowledgeable and helpful. They made sure all of my fluids were topped off, informed me that my battery would need to be replaced within the next 6 months and also informed me the my front brakes would need to be replaced soon. They also made sure I knew about their top off service which is a really nice perk. Great service and overall experience, will definitely be coming back to this location in the future. Thanks guys!”

“Tires were super expensive but now it's done & taken care of. Message for a return ride to pick up our car may not have been passed on OR it was passed on but then not followed through. We had to call again when "that requested ride" did not show up. Turns out it just did not get scheduled. They did follow through after that 2nd request & sent a ride. We appreciated the rides that were provided for us.”

“Our fuel pump was out was going to get my vehicle fixed yet my significant other went and said no he wantwd to do it himself. we didn't end up having them work on our truck and with all the hassle I feel thankful they didn't charge for the spare vehicle they let me use and we're very understanding when it was a holiday and with my health problems wasn't able to get car back prior to them closing due to a doctor appointment. I would have to say they are very friendly and have wonderful employees.
