“I brought my car in for brake and rotor maintenance about a week and a half ago. During that visit, I was informed that additional maintenance was needed, and I authorized the technician team to complete the work. However, about a week later, I began experiencing further issues with my brakes and rotors. I returned to have the technicians reassess the vehicle, at which point I was told that more maintenance was required. This was very frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of.

Fortunately, I had the opportunity to speak with Clint, the manager/owner. He listened attentively, validated my concerns, and worked with me to reach a fair compromise regarding the additional repairs. Clint’s professionalism, compassion, and willingness to resolve the issue made a significant difference.
