“I want to thank the staff at the Minnco Center for helping me. Damon, Taylor, Katrina and Sara. They went above and beyond when my container for coin broke open and $700 worth of quarters spilled in the entry way. To be honest, THAT DAY I was talking to a co-worker about switching banks because Minnco has gotten too big and and I felt doesn't recognize long term customers (I have been with Minnco since 1995). I have changed my mind due to the people I mentioned above. Thank you again to Damon, Taylor, Katrina and Sara.”
“This place is beautiful. It’s too bad. You had to buy a new clock because the old clock was kind of glitchy. It was like a mechanical temperature double-sided clock digital but too bad you got rid of it of how glitchy it is but the new billboard is beautiful but anyways it’s pretty nice.”

“Overall, I have been liking minnco. I have had one bad experience from a loan officer when I was looking for a personal loan for 5000$ for a Bitcoin.. she laughed and called it a get rich quick scheme, Bitcoin then hopped to 20,000$. When I was leaving she didn’t shake my hand when I offered. Bitcoin later reached heights of 60,000$.That one stupid employee would have been enough for most people to leave a 1 star review, but I know the majority of what I’ve experienced at minnco is a justifiable 5 star service.”
