One of the customer service tellers, Heidi Mc Cormick, put me instantly at ease, explaing the system and welcoming me to Northfield. Her expertise with my funds and my income were incredible... and I listned to many others over the years, speak the same.. that' If it were not for Heidi Mc Cormick and her clear willing instant expert help with all issues .. they would not be banking at Merchant's . Over the years I have worked with Heidi and her deep uderstanding of banking, and how to use my money wisely, and helping me learn how to do that, has saved me . I value her and know everyone that I know in my circle of friends here, feels the same way. She makes us comfortable and safe while banking. “Wels Fargo sold mortgage to another company. We have several problems. With the change to new Mortgage company. Jenny D was our banker that we spoke too. She was absolutely AMAZING! She took the time to help us attempt to help fix our problem. She organized all the paperwork associated with the problem. Called other company to get more assistance. She did above and beyond! “Jon Maier and the staff at Citizens Bank Lakeville are amazing. I recently had great frustration with the branch manager at the Watkins location of Citizens Bank, changing the rules (or clearly not understanding them!) regarding access to my recently deceased mother's bank accounts. When I walked into the Lakeville branch, I was greeted with professionalism and a great attitude of helpfulness. Within 10 minutes the staff at the Lakeville branch had my situation resolved, thanked me for my time, and I was out the door with a check in my hand. Bravo, Citizens Bank Lakeville!”
“Best bank and bank staff in the state, hands down. The staff is fabulous. Anybody that thinks any different very likely came into the bank and was advised of something they didn't like or want to hear, but was told the truth. "I want to cash an old sketchy check from my friend's cousin's neighbor that he endorsed to me and I don't have any identification". And then was politely advised of the fact that no bank will cash that check. Then they left with an attitude. Sorry, dude, but nobody will cash sketchy checks and every body needs an ID. US Bank ain't a voting booth. Best bank in the state, and the staff is wonderful and professional.”
