My husband and I were having such a hard time deciding which rental storage in Northfield to get. They all seemed relatively close in prices. But this facility offers a variety of different size storage units to accommodate all of your storage needs. Including outdoor storage for cars or bigger items like boats. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the rental process a breeze. I accidentally broke my key in the lock. I thought I would've had to purchase a new key for my mistake. But the fixed the problem easy breezy. She was kind about it. Non judgemental. She never even got upset by the lock breaking! She just asked me what happened in the kindness way possible. It is all outdoor rental units. I didn't see anything online or in person about climate control units. But that shouldn't deter you from renting a storage unit from here! The storage units themselves were clean and well-maintained, providing a safe and secure environment for my belongings. Unfortunately downside is that insurance for it comes separately. You'll have to figure that part out yourself. Normally rentals insurance comes with for a slight one time fee getting set up automatically. Which is nice to not have to worry about that, unlike here you have to figure that part out yourself. No big deal on that part though. Personally for my husband and I, we found the pricing to be very reasonable, and I appreciated that the prices were clearly displayed on the door for a clear read. I also wanted to add that I appreciated the business hours being prominently displayed on the door next to the unit prices, including a designated hour block for lunch breaks. This made it easy to plan my visits accordingly. The sign indicating whether the facility was closed, out with another renter, or open was also a nice touch that the business did. While the payment options were somewhat limited, they were easy to figure out. I appreciated the option to pay online or in person, as well as the convenience of setting up a monthly recurring payment on the 1st of each month. Overall, I highly recommend this self storage facility for anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy storage solution. The friendly staff, clean units, and convenient payment options make it a creditable rental unit to rent from. I've only been renting with them for 3 months. But never had any issues. I always have great interactions with the manager who's working. She has a great attitude and a helpful demeanor. Side note, The outdoor storage option was perfect for my needs, providing a convenient location with easy access 24/7/365. The month-to-month terms were flexible and allowed me to rent for as long as I needed without being tied down to a long-term contract. I would just need to clean out my storage unit to get some of my money back! The facility itself is new, clean, and well-maintained, giving me peace of mind that my belongings are in good hands. The lighted, safe, and secure environment made me feel confident in storing my items there. The blacktop drives made it easy to navigate around the facility, and the lock supplied for my unit added an extra layer of security. I appreciate that this storage facility is locally owned and operated, as it gives me confidence that my belongings are being well taken care of. Plus I've seen cameras located at the end of each side of the storage unit ends. Plus a cop will be sitting across the street from it or will do random drive bys late a night for anyone who looks suspicious. It gives me more peace of mind that they take thift very seriously here at this storage facility.”

“Storage space was easily rented but suffered from being locked in Ice. Took some work and some effort to dry out the space. But it worked and having protected items with heavy plastic bags all turned out well. Access was good. Inspect and protect and all is good.”

“Needed last minute space for a new cargo trailer. Called; amazingly, the actual staff answered the phone, not a call center. They were able to answer my questions and, even though they were technically full, they found some space for indoor storage of my trailer. We negotiated a fair deal, I prepaid and did the paperwork online. Took trailer today. The space available was too sharp a turn at the door, so I had to disconnect and hand push the trailer into the space. Too big a job for me, Lerew, the site manager, got a couple mechanics from next door to help push. Could not have done it without their help, but got trailer safely tucked in for the winter. Fair price, exceptional customer service, good facility. I’m very pleased. Thanks guys!”
