“I almost don’t want to write this review because selfishly, I never want Hendrick to leave this location. ? But the truth is, people like him deserve to be recognized.
Hendrick is hands down one of the kindest, most helpful, and most genuine managers I’ve ever worked with. Every time I come in, he’s friendly, patient, and willing to help, no matter how busy things are.
What really stands out is that he truly cares. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants customers to have a great experience. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or transactional, Hendrick is the complete opposite.
The moment that really solidified this for me was when I came in with an important print project right as he was getting ready to leave for the day. Most people would have understandably headed home, but instead, he stayed and helped me make sure everything was done correctly. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He was patient, helpful, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left with exactly what I needed.
Quite honestly, Hendrick is the reason I keep coming back to this location. I know that if he’s there, I’m going to be taken care of.
FedEx is lucky to have him. His leadership, professionalism, and genuine kindness don’t go unnoticed, and I hope his managers know what an incredible asset he is. Employees like Hendrick are rare, and he deserves every bit of recognition that comes his way.”

“As a reseller, I ship packages daily from the Saint Francis Post Office. The customer service is impeccable and of the 800+ packages I've sent, I've literally NEVER had an issue!! The clerks are knowledgeable and professional and always go the extra mile to ensure my packages are delivered on time. I will go out of my way to visit this location based on the wonderful service they continuously provide. Kudos to all the staff of the St. Francis PO!! My business couldn't survive without you!”
“Went to get money orders for bills, long line of like 10 people ahead of me when I arrived, but it still only took 5 minutes including what I went for. The staff are courteous and fast. They manage huge lines of customers with ease, which is always a plus. Money orders here are more expensive than most places. And like everyone else if you can save money on a better deal somewhere else in nearby proximity. You do it. I get money orders from here for bills, because its the only place where I have never heard our money order machine isn't working. Its one of my pet peeves, cuz ive heard it so many times at other places, plus you dont have to have cash for them credit and debit work to. So it saves me a tripl to the bank. Like 3 or 4 years ago a staff member at the post office told me that in all her years working there. Never has the money order machine been out of service not once. She also said we are hands down guaranteed the most reliable in that department. I said no shit, cuz I had just been to walmart then Cub Foods and neither were working. So now I just save myself the hassle and go here. It should be noted that its almost always around the dates when rent is due that the cheaper options/stores coincidentally are out of order”
