“I had a great experience here. I took my car in for repairs after someone had backed into me. The employees were lovely. They kept me informed through the entire process. And my car looked amazing when I picked it up. They had even washed it and cleaned the inside. I had had a terrible week, and when I got in my car and saw they had cleaned it up for me I cried. One of my least favorite tasks is cleaning my car and it was way over due for a cleaning. I had been thinking of that impending task all week which was adding to my stress. And now, that was one less thing I had to be stressed about. It's really the little things that make the biggest impact. I will absolutely be using their services again if I ever need repairs.”

“It's rare I write reviews, but Jeff at Bob & Carl's is well deserving of such. I just spent ten (yes, TEN) months in a dispute with Toyota for causing damage to my vehicle that they didn't want to take responsibility for. I tried every angle on a corporate level, but to no avail. They were going to charge $2100 for damages. I was then referred to Jeff by a friend. As a last resort, I spoke with him; he took time to look at my vehicle immediately AND fixed the damages within a week for $101. To say I was enlightened, shocked (positively) & impressed is an understatement. Jeff is down to earth, welcoming & will give an honest opinion. HIGHLY suggest supporting this auto body shop.”
