“I don't live in Champlin. My car had issues on my way to visit a friend. I happened to pull over near Austin's Pro Care. It was just about closing time, but they were able to help. They snuck me into their schedule for the next day and had everything fixed and road ready by the end of the day for less than I expected to pay.
The employees were amazing. They were pleasant and calming (I was very anxious under the circumstances.) They were fully transparent in what they found, the repairs needed, and the costs. If I lived closer, this would be my shop of choice.”
