This bank is by far the best I've dealt with I recently refinanced my loan through Rich and couldn't have asked for a better experience. “New location in Maple Grove. Plenty of parking, just off Elm Creek Boulevard. Outside drive up tellers. No actual live tellers inside but PTM tellers-which offer live video chats with a personal teller. My complaint that the PTMs are kinda close together & I wouldn't want someone to listen to my conversation with the teller. There are live bankers to assist with loans, cashiers checks, safe deposit boxes & notary functions.”
“Spire credit is great. However, Blaze is not a good bank name. The word blaze does not mean blaze a trail. That is trailblazer (that might have worked). Someone should have looked up the definition: - A very large fiercely burning fire - Used to express anger, bewilderment or surprise ( like when I tried to find my spire app and blaze just appeared without my permission) I don't really care, but had to relay what I'm sure a lot of people are thinking. I'm sure the Marketing department will be fighting that comparison until it changes. See how many hits you get with google search the word blaze.”
“I chose a credit union due to poor experiences with national banks. I moved to Anoka from Hudson, WI 4 years ago. Looking for a new credit union near me, I chose Spire and I'm glad I did. I'd like to give a big "shout out" to an outstanding manager, Caitlan Nordlund, who went above and beyond to help me get the "hold" on an insurance check sooner rather than later.
