“Was in a hurry to get to the credit union before they closed, since I had some transactions that needed to be disputed. Plus getting a new card, since I had to shut my old one off.
I was lucky enough to have Jenny helping me. She was able to send the disputes, get me a new card, timely, and was very professional about it.
I would recommend anyone work with her at the location.”

She answers emails promptly, notices details, and returns my call if she’s out of the office.

They have been beyond helpful, responsive and friendly without even stepping foot into the physical building. “Logan was our loan officer for the purchase of our new home, and he was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we submitted our loan application, Logan stayed on top of every detail and kept the process moving smoothly. We shopped around with other lenders, but Magnifi offered the best rates—so competitive, in fact, that one lender was visibly upset when we shared the rate we were offered!
In a high-interest rate market, Logan helped us lock in a great deal on a 10/30 ARM. He was incredibly responsive, often following up in the evenings and even from parking lots to make sure we had the information we needed as quickly as possible.
The only downside—unrelated to Logan—was the mobile app. It wasn’t very user-friendly when it came to setting up automatic payments, and we ended up needing to visit a branch to complete that setup.
Overall, our experience with Logan and Magnifi was excellent. Highly recommend!”

“I have been a member since 2013 and I have never once had a bad experience. Today (1/26/26) I went into the shingle creek branch to sort out issues with my acct and replace my debit card. Kaci Ness was the associate who helped me and I cannot sing her praises enough! She helped with everything I needed and was an absolute delight, Kaci made my experience so quick and easy and I am very thankful for her help. In addition to her amazing help all of the staff at this location were polite and greeted everyone who walked in with a smile!”
“People have to quit blaming shorter hours on fast food restaurants, banks, credit unions, etc. They cannot find anyone to WORK! The manager at my credit union was the only one working one day so she had to close the drive-thru. She interviewed potential workers but most asked if they could work from home!!! She said at a bank, can you imagine that? Big box stores are the same! Shelves are even bare. They expect most will and do shop from home and drive-up to pick-up. Wait it out and hope it gets better but doesn't work to blame the business! Help wanted signs are EVERYWHERE for a reason.”
