“I have used this UPS location for Amazon returns, for both personal and business packages. I've also used the store for shipping personal and business packages, as well as copy services. I've always found everyone to be professional and friendly while handling my business. I've seen plenty of customers who treat the employees rudely. This seems to be more of an issue since the Covid pandemic, which obviously caused huge amounts of stress for all of us. Customer service jobs are always the most difficult jobs when you have to deal with an impatient or rude customer. Consider that next time you have a need involving customer service.”
