There was a really nice Associate named Vino that helped me correct the obituary that I needed to print off. She was very Kind, Helpful and Patient . “A week ago a former employee of mine took upon themselves while ownership was away at a memorial to book freight with King Solutions and give to a different company (not giving it to B and W truck ) and of course without King Solutions brokers knowledge neither . Luckily for King Solutions , they have Jake Hanson as an employee who was able to calmly collect info when the other driver contacted him for payment . When I (owner of BandW) arrived I was notified by my factoring company that we have a serious report . Employee “D” was terminated right away due to his unauthorized use of our mc to double broker . The incident resulted in B and W receiving a Freight Guard report for re brokering freight . A report that surely closes the carriers doors it’s attached to . Over 10 years of clean and honest trucking and we get a report due to a crook. But after speaking with Jake Hanson who evaluated the whole situation, we were lucky this young man was able to extend us another chance and DELETED the report. Jake basically saved our carrier from closing down. We encourage him to look into our mc later on so he can see his decision was the correct one. Thank you Jake Hanson. You are what the trucking industry needs . God bless !”
“Freight Buddy went above and beyond what I expected! I purchased an antique phone online but the seller wouldn't ship it. Kevin, at Freight Buddy, picked up the telephone, packaged it for shipping, and had it sent from Minnesota to Georgia. He did such a great job packaging it - I think it would have survived a drop of 15,000 feet! Everyone I talked to on the phone was so kind and courteous. I wish their was a Freight Buddy in south Georgia - I would use them for all of my shipping needs. Kevin made me feel more like a friend than a customer! I can't thank them enough!”
“A very helpful employee took my photo for a Passport renewal. Unfortunately, my being bald excludes me from this service in their office. The overhead lights shined on the top of my head to obscure my entire forehead. The only area of the office without overhead lights was adjacent to the windows, where 1/2 of my face was obscured by the shadow. I was politely informed the Passport Office would not accept either photo and I would have to go somewhere else. After a bit of an online search, I found a municipal Passport Office a few miles away. If you're follically challenged, or as I was informed with shiny grey hair; you may want to seek a different concern from the get go.”

“This is a really fast, efficient, and informative post office! Jodie is especially kind and quick. I did have to wait in a line but the attendants worked as hard as possible to get people moving, and it only took 10 minutes in what would have been a 30 min line at other locations. Thanks Jodie!”

“There's a young man with a handlebar mustache and an older woman who both work the counter. Best Postal Service counter workers I've encountered in my entire time of using a post office (and I'm a senior citizen, so it's a LONG time). So helpful, pleasant, courteous, it's a pleasure seeing either of them.
My mail carrier is Adam M. I LOVE him. He's efficient, friendly and accommodating.
Unlike some of the fill-in carriers when he's off - they ignore a friendly wave, REPEATEDLY leave my mailbox hanging open with mail inside. On rainy days, it's a sloppy mess. People like that are who give the Post Office a bad reputation. Do better, my tax dollars pay you.”

“I almost don’t want to write this review because selfishly, I never want Hendrick to leave this location. ? But the truth is, people like him deserve to be recognized.
Hendrick is hands down one of the kindest, most helpful, and most genuine managers I’ve ever worked with. Every time I come in, he’s friendly, patient, and willing to help, no matter how busy things are.
What really stands out is that he truly cares. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants customers to have a great experience. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or transactional, Hendrick is the complete opposite.
The moment that really solidified this for me was when I came in with an important print project right as he was getting ready to leave for the day. Most people would have understandably headed home, but instead, he stayed and helped me make sure everything was done correctly. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He was patient, helpful, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left with exactly what I needed.
Quite honestly, Hendrick is the reason I keep coming back to this location. I know that if he’s there, I’m going to be taken care of.
FedEx is lucky to have him. His leadership, professionalism, and genuine kindness don’t go unnoticed, and I hope his managers know what an incredible asset he is. Employees like Hendrick are rare, and he deserves every bit of recognition that comes his way.”

“Stopped in to buy a stamp for a letter I was sending there and was very pleasantly surprised. I walked in and was immediately greeted by two younger staff whom were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They took great care of me, I didn’t have to wait in any lines (great timing on my end I guess?), and I was in and out within minutes. The inside is much bigger than it looks on the outside and I found out they do passports there too! Would definitely recommend going here.”

“Let me start by saying; I DONT do business with any company that uses any other package delivery service. FedEx is the most UNRELIABLE service in the entire industry, and USPS is just plain SLOW.. UPS is always on time, courteous, and just flat out “THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!” FedEx for example, has always without reason rescheduled my package delivery for either the next business day or if the package is scheduled for a Friday, it’s rescheduled to the following business day which is usually a Monday or Tuesday even though their tracking information shows out for delivery or scheduled delivery on the day it’s expected. Trust me when I tell you; ONLY USE COMPANIES who DELIVER WITH UPS for guaranteed ON TIME DELIVERY, package care, courteous drivers, and 99 times out of 100 will either be free shipping or MUCH cheaper than the other carriers with the piece of mind of on time scheduled delivery, damage free parcels, and is always placed in a secure location visually away from package pirates.”

Today I brought in a few packages and hadn't shipped any packages in about 10 years and the lady walked me right through the process. Even helping me switch one box to a bubble wrap mailer to save a few extra dollars. Thank you!”

“Yes, this is a mail distribution center but there are times I have to go there a pick up insured packages or certified mail. I have never had any problems getting my packages or certified mail there. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ring the bell, show them my id, get my package. Its that easy.”
