“This Cricket Store is AWESOME!!! Stevie the store manager goes out of her way to make sure your order is exactly right! My brand new phone was so messed up, but I didn't get insurance! She made sure I got a replacement through the warranty on the phone!! Several times I had to go back and she was WONDERFUL!! IF You're going to buy a Cricket phone and you need to have your Cricket phone looked at or have questions go to this Cricket Store in Coon Rapids, located by the Walmart Store!! I was hesitant about switching over from ATT to Cricket. I'm not sorry one bit because of Stevie the store manager!! I highly recommend this Cricket Store in Coon Rapids over any location!!”

If the answer wasn't easily available with in store info, he did online research for me to find it. And not once did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions. His patience was top tier.
