Today I brought in a few packages and hadn't shipped any packages in about 10 years and the lady walked me right through the process. Even helping me switch one box to a bubble wrap mailer to save a few extra dollars. Thank you!”

“Yes, this is a mail distribution center but there are times I have to go there a pick up insured packages or certified mail. I have never had any problems getting my packages or certified mail there. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ring the bell, show them my id, get my package. Its that easy.”
“Here in Ham Lake my letter carrier, Joel, is the absolute best. He goes out of his way to help me by picking up all of my out going packages (I sell online and recently broke my leg) and making sure everything is top notch, he is always smiling, helpful and in a good mood, thank you for being great Joel, you're the best.....!”

The African man did not wanna help me with a change of address because he stated we were "to busy " so the manager cleared that up for me that we would be able to use our id cards to do it the same day. I think the workers do a really good job working they move as fast as they can.The public can help if they would be more prepared with there documents or lack there of.Remember this is a government entity they can only do there job as the red tape laws will allow them?So give them and all workers and fast food workers, delivery driversthe break they so deservedly so”
