“The building is mostly unmarked, so you wouldn't think it's a post office. Down the street is a large building in USPS looking branding, but it's a private business. So it's a little hard to find. The line was non-existent. Staff was as friendly as you could expect a bored federal employee to be. Overall, I recommend this location. They should add a sign though.”

“This is the friendliest post office downtown! If you have a letter or package to send and you need a good walk through the skyway during the day make this your destination. It’s fun to find. I’ve never had to wait in line. Clean and welcoming. My favorite days are the ones when I get to go here.”
“Small post office with great service. Two employees working the desk on a Saturday morning with no line when I walked in at noon. The employee checked the delivery window for the different rates, and that saved me $20 (because with a holiday coming up the more expensive option was going to take about as long as the cheaper one). Great service and super convenient!”

“Incredibly large post office that is basically a work of art. The building features over 20 windows for service, along with kiosks and supplies for mailing. Highly recommend no matter the time of day if you live downtown.”

“I submitted a complaint/inquiry about a package of mine being sent in circles THREE whole times between Minneapolis, and 3 other surrounding states over the course of USPS priorty mails 5-10 day delivery window, and I was expecting an agonizingly slow response time via email but instead I got a call not even an hour after I submitted the inquiry from a SUPER helpful lady at the Brooklyn center post office (which is my local office) and she fixed the problem literally same day and got my package to stop being bounced around.
Also worth noting how she kept apologizing on USPSs behalf even though I told her multiple times it wasn't her fault. Nevertheless she still insisted on apologizing on behalf of the company, which even though it obviously REALLY wasnt her fault, I still found it extremely refreshing to have someone so invested in making things right for the customers USPS serves.”

I wanted to highlight a few staff that I have interacted with frequently and have had consistently positive experiences with. Tri Vo in particular has shown himself to be an exemplary USPS staff member. Tri conducts himself with a calm, professional manner, showing competency and speed in services in equal measure. I also want to highlight Malik as a stellar staff member. Malik engages me and my kids by first name every time we come to the site. That personal touch is appreciated. Malik also conducts his duties with competency and consistency.”
