Every month, three days before the bill is due, they cut off the service. I think it’s automated, because I’ve been monitoring it ever since I signed up, yet when I call, they claim they had no idea. I hope they remove that, because it's annoying.

In person equipment return. She was so accommodating and pleasant ( unlike some of my phone conversations with other customer service reps) she was swamped but processed everyone efficiently.
