I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, I had a great experience with Mediacom. I decided to switch because I was just given a slightly better offer from a different company. The return process was very simple, and Jackie at the office helped get me out fast.

Expensive, poor quality, unreliable internet and cable service. Customer service is also terrible. We once had to wait 8 days for them to repair a broken cable. No internet or cable for over a week. Avoid this company if you can.

If I could rate lower I would. OVERPRICED. INCOMPETENT. FRAUDULENT / SCAMMERS. I am forced to have them because of the neighborhood I live in.
