“Am a current customer and have been so with the previous owners for 20 years. Needed another unit to help with a shipment that was coming in. The new company has a different way of doing things and was worried it was going to be a gigantic hassle, but Juan got me through the process quickly. Really appreciated his efforts on making it as easy as possible for me!”

“Jack, the manager is the very best to work with! Beyond friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The facility is very clean and Jack runs it well. If you ever want to speak to the regional manager for any reason, good luck. She ignored my request to speak to her twice. Jack is your guy”
“I did a lot of research into storage units before I actually chose one, and choosing Extra Space has been a no brainer for me! The staff has been helpful and amazing, the place is very clean and is very secure. I could not recommend Extra Space more :) plus hunter is so helpful, he has always been available to give insight into my billing and has been helpful when I downsized my units! I can’t state it enough, store with hunter here at extra space! The place is clean too, and that’s a big plus!”

“We discovered that the 10x5 wasn’t going to be big enough when we got on site with the movers. The guy in the office was very accommodating and found us a 8x10 very close to the smaller one.He was very patient and helpful and we took care of paperwork after unit was loaded.”
“Great place to store extra stuff for a short time or long time. Have been using them for several years and I recommend them to everyone I know. Easy process for renting and paying, location is convenient and kept clean and Raegan is very responsive and easy to work with!”
“I am so happy with my unit rental at Storage Mart, the facility is clean and very easy to drive in/out of. There is plenty of carts to help you with moving items efficiently. The customer service I received with Dakota was exceptional and exceeded beyond more than what i expected, especially on a late Friday afternoon. Staff like that deserve much recognition 👏🏾 🌟”
“Doug and Brent arrived on time and did a high quality job. No damages either to the property or to our belongings.
Best moving experience we had ever. Highly recommend their services.”
“My experience for the past two years was pretty good. Only complaint is there was no warning prior to them painting all of the units. Would have been nice to know if there was not going to be access to units due to painting.”
“Kelly at Public Storage in Hopkins MN, always gives exceptionally good customer service. She recently got a big truck to move out of my way so I could park my camper. She also helped me in the past when I was having trouble parking my camper. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and she is always very polite.”
“I rent a lot of U-Haul‘s because I own a Moving Company. Shakopee, mini storage is the best U-Haul neighborhood dealer in the Metro area. I would rather rent from them than a couple of the U-Haul franchise locations. They have a lot of trucks available and their after hours Key system is always accurate.”
“Resident Property Manager Craig, provides excellent service and keeps property very clean. He's even called me back before when he saw he my missed call and I didn't even leave a voicemail - that's going above and beyond!!”

“Charlie is the best in customer service. He’s so sweet and kind. He made sure me and my future roommate got the best deal possible and helped us decide if we should get an indoor or outdoor locker. The storage unit was clean and the site had no debris or trash anywhere. It was lovely experience working with him and Public Storage!”

“I like the no fuss approach and 24 hour access. I get in and get out without any hassle. The indoor units are worth every penny. Drive in and weather isn't issue. Carts available for navigating items to and from unit.”
“This is the best storage facility ive ever used. I also had a chamce to meet the staff today and got help from a very nice young lady. I feel very safe to store my stuff here.”

“Clean facility, nice units, secure, affordable, and very friendly staff. I've had units here over the years and have always been satisfied. Management is nice and does a great job.”
“I was thoroughly impressed with Safeway Mini-Storage's cleanliness, convenience, security, affordability, and accessibility, making it an ideal choice for my self-storage needs and if I ever need additional storage in the future.”
“All good! Very clean. Very secure. I've been renting a space for six months and I just signed on for a second six months. They give a 5% discount for paying the rent up front. (8% if you pay for 12 months in advance.) Although there isn't someone answering the phone 24/7, they return my calls promptly.”
“Vince has been great to work with. Great storage space. Inexpensive, easy to get in and out, secure, and if any issues popped up, they were taken care of right away (broken gate for example). Highly recommended!”
“Very happy with Chaska Self Storage. Large, clean, very easy to enter and exit, heating garage space to back in and park to enter my storage bin. Well lit, safe, they even have a bathroom available. Site manager always responsive.”
“I called about starting storage there and the woman I take with was very nice and informative. Also, the gentleman, Larry, I met when going to check out the facility was very nice and helpful.”
“Service staff were excellent! Check in and out process could not have been better. Staff were very busy and kept everything moving. I remember leaving thinking that this facility was under excellent management and staffed with a great team!”
“I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at the Eden Prairie Lockup. The manager was nothing but helpful in our move. Concerned about our belongings, helpful to keep open elevator and willing to adjust her schedule to meet our needs. Facility was best and clean. My son loved the drinking water too.”
“Just got my first unit with Tonka Self Storage a few weeks ago.
I couldn't be happier with my unit and the staff has been very easy to work with and are friendly and. Prompt to help with questions .
Location is excellent and prices are good.. a little higher than other places but convenient and location was perfect for me.
Also, my unit is spacious in comparison to my other 10x20 this one has much more space vertically which is nice for tall items and larger things .
5 stars! Thanks !”
