“I went in today to pick up a specific tool that I'd researched online. Unfortunately when I went to the location that the HD website told me it was in, the model I wanted was completely gone. While I was standing there trying to figure out my options, an associate named Brenda approached me, asked if I needed help, then proceeded to track down a couple of models for me in an unusual location - she then volunteered to grab me a bigger pushcart, and got another associate named Jesus to help load it up. She searched for it like she was looking for it herself, and I appreciated it so much! Then Jesus was kind enough to walk out with me and load it into my car. Brenda and Jesus really turned my situation around and helped me get just what I wanted! Their service is what would encourage me to come back to this location!”
