“I don't live in Eden Prairie and rarely have business there, but I will be shopping at this specific Home Depot from now on. The employee who helped me, Lauren Nelson, was an absolute treasure. She is kind, funny, and extremely helpful! I had gone in with a couple of items in mind and in the midst of helping me find those items, she also helped me find some other things that I needed and all for great prices. She was very knowledgeable and I could tell by our interactions that she is an absolute veteran when it comes to customer service. Sincerely one of the best shopping experiences that I have ever had! I hope Lauren is working every time I visit the store. I'd give her and this store 10 stars if I could!
Thanks again Lauren, you're the best!”
“Renting van for silly jobs and affordable and reasonable prices. Its my place to rent tools and van. Period. Their customer service are most asset they have. Never go to Home Depot and wandering where to go. Somebody is right there to help!! Good job.”
“I have been going to this Home Depot for two years and have been satisfied after every visit. They have a wide selection of products available and if it is not in store you can have it shipped in. It is also so convenient to set a pick up, where they have everything you need ready for you! I also love the Home Depot website as it tells you which aisle and bay the product was in so I do not have to wander around the store looking for what I need! The staff here have also been super helpful meeting my needs - whether it be to cut wood, find a product, or make a key. They have been very kind and willing to work with me. This store has ample parking and dollie's and carts to help you load your vehicle!”
“Had a curb side pick up, Nick was extremely quick and pleasant. I went in later for some yard supplies and everything was in the front for summer stock very organized!”
“We had such a good experience with Steve Pfleghar at the Shakopee, MN Lowe’s location earlier this week. Had a question about DIY kitchen backsplash and it turns out he has extensive training and experience in this very type of work. He was patient and very generous in sharing his knowledge. He’s a keeper for sure!”
“I like to check out their grocery items, Sometimes good surprises. I'm interested in they're cleaning products and of course , they have all the products you would need to build a house.”
“We were at the Plymouth Mn Home Depot today. Brandy in the Flooring Department helped up with carpet for a couple rooms.
Brandy was super knowledgeable but moreso she was totally engaged in her job.
Thank You Brandy!!!”

“Update Sep2026: the trips this week have to get better at adding things to my cart as I think of them.
Oddly they were out of all Caulk guns... except for a few massive ones... all
Home use that accept any of the 100 of so options of caulk they stock were MIA.
Update: oct2025 looked up every thing I needed and dropped it in the online shopping cart and then they have a print function. (Only is with this process is they don't print the store locations in the printout.) Glad I wrote them down
Had what I needed, but took a while to find it, even with some help.
My go to place for great prices”
