“I had a positive experience ordering two computer monitors online after Black Friday weekend. I was able to arrange curbside pickup and I just showed up, responded that I was outside on the app, and in about 2 minutes the dude was out there with my two monitors and put them in the back of my car. “Hi, I just wanted to say that I use this ups location quite frequently and that’s why I was so surprised about 2 weeks ago when I went to this location about 11:30 in the morning and found that they were not open. Locked up tighter than a drum! I was disappointed and I had to go to the ups location in savage which was completely inconvenient. I was very glad that the next time I had to go to to ups that my preferred location was open. I was afraid that they might have closed. Always very professional service! The employees are always helpful!”
