“I have been here a dozen times over several years for multiple things and have never had issues and was usually out of the store in 5 minutes.
A lot of the negative reviews are just people being ridiculous. Yes, it costs money for them to print a label for you. This is how they make money. Why would this be a free service? People are entitled and ridiculous. If you have a problem paying a measly 7-8 dollars for a convenience service I think you have bigger fish to fry than whine on Google.”

“We have used Smartpress multiple times for printing and EDDM. I cannot overstate how much better they are than the other providers we've used. Print quality is amazing but what really stands out is the customer service. Just today, we were picking up a large order and Leon at the dock went out of his way to be helpful in finding the order and helping us get in the vehicle. It's like that with everyone we've dealt with--positive, friendly, and helpful.”

I’ve read my own business for 13 years and I can always depend on them to come through with whatever I need five stars isn’t enough stars I’d go 10!”
“We’ve been a customer of Techware for years. They are one of our favorite vendors. We buy all our media, from DVDs, to cases from Techware. When we need bulk printing of DVDs, CDs, or Blu-ray discs, we have Techware do it for us. They are pleasant to work with, very quick, affordable, and most importantly, honest, reliable and responsive. When we have questions, Kevin is almost always available by phone to answer them. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the business. As I said, we have purchased from Techware for many years, I only wish we had discovered them sooner.
