“Some packages never deliver to door and just left a notice in the mailbox, which says an attempt was made but no one to sign. I’m pretty sure they didn’t try to deliver coz I’m home in everyday, and we have a doorbell that can record all events…
this time I’m trying to schedule a redelivery online, because on weekends they only open one hour Saturday morning. But it shows on the website that there has been a scheduled redelivery, and asks me for a confirmation number, which I don’t have because I didn’t schedule it… I guess I just need to come to the office again…”

“I would love to give them five stars, however past experiences have been super frustrating and difficult to work with them on. However, today there was a person who came out when I rang the bell and she was amazing. She was super polite, listened to my concern, helped me, and even called someone to help me with what she couldn't fix right then. I feel like she really went as far as she could to fix my issue and was happy to do it. She is a keeper. I just wish I knew her name.”

“Hi, I just wanted to say that I use this ups location quite frequently and that’s why I was so surprised about 2 weeks ago when I went to this location about 11:30 in the morning and found that they were not open. Locked up tighter than a drum! I was disappointed and I had to go to the ups location in savage which was completely inconvenient. I was very glad that the next time I had to go to to ups that my preferred location was open. I was afraid that they might have closed. Always very professional service! The employees are always helpful!”
