“I have been here a dozen times over several years for multiple things and have never had issues and was usually out of the store in 5 minutes.
A lot of the negative reviews are just people being ridiculous. Yes, it costs money for them to print a label for you. This is how they make money. Why would this be a free service? People are entitled and ridiculous. If you have a problem paying a measly 7-8 dollars for a convenience service I think you have bigger fish to fry than whine on Google.”

“It must be emotional distress to have issue with your package being delivered at the front door, mostly FedEx drivers compare to Amazon drivers don’t have access to apartment complex which is why they leave package at the front door. Amazon locker wasn’t invented by FedEx, it was invented by Amazon. FedEx are contractors that deliver your package, they don’t associate with any of Amazon locker very rarely they would use it if they have access to it to get into the apartment building.”
