“Always pleasant and helpful. We have bought multiple bikes from them and have used them for service many times. I needed an urgent repair on my MTB. They were overbooked and couldn’t do it before my trip. They gave me lots of advice and had the parts in stock so I could do it myself. Thanks!”

“After years of riding a fun but temperamental old tandem, we decided to build a bike with all the features we wished we had. Twin Cities Tandems has an impressive array of tandem brands and models. After a few test rides, we were able to zero in on exactly what we wanted to build. Steve did a terrific job creating the Co-Motion tandem of our dreams. He also made a number of wise suggestions that helped us build a terrific tandem. Our only regret is we should have done this sooner!”
“Took my bike for a tun up service this morning and already picked up by 3 pm. Jose was super helpful, explained the issues, what was done to solve it and now my bike is smooth and quiet (no rattling 🙌).
Thank you Jose!🙏🫂”
“I recommend pioneer cycle for cycle sales and service. It is an easy choice to keep coming back when every interaction with them is just what I was looking for. When faced with choices on repair needs or equipment purchases they have always been very informative and helpful.”
“Zack is really knowledgeable and makes sure your needs and expectations are met.
Great sales person and helps you through the purchasing process.
Thank you”
“I stopped in with very little idea about the kind of bike I needed. The staff were welcoming, incredibly helpful, and let me take my time asking questions and test-riding various sizes and styles. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're looking to learn. (Also, the prices on their bikes are VERY good!)”
