I once walked in just after they closed and an employee cleaning the PO Box area offered to take my package that wouldn’t have otherwise fit in their receptacle. I’ve been using them more often these days and I couldn’t be happier with the genuine customer service they provide!”
“The post office staff are always friendly and obliging, doing the most to help when they can. They're very busy though, and probably short staffed, so they can only do so much. They're only human, and can sometimes make mistakes, but complaining about it and smearing them all over the web isn't going to help anything. I also work in the customer service industry (for seven years), and have learned that a little patience and understanding can go a long way.”
