“I have been getting my Pharmacy pills at Southside Pharmacy for a number of years. Doug is always so friendly and knowledgeable when I ask him questions about certain medication’s. The staff is also very friendly. I enjoy picking up my medication’s at Southside Pharmacy highly recommend.”

“The pharmacy has had a lot of staffing issues ever since Covid, and they’ve had to rearrange their hours many times… yes I have had a few times when I pulled up only to find that the pharmacy closed at 5pm out of the blue… but other than that, they are great at keeping plentiful stock on hand and are getting the staffing issues worked out! I don’t think they deserve 2.8 stars overall… maybe if you took a snap shot in time, they may have had some bad weeks or months over the past 5 years, but all in all they always try to rectify any issues and are pleasant to deal with on a personal level!”
“Honestly I've been using this pharmacy for a while and the pharmacists are very helpful sometimes it's a little bit of a wait but it's worth it for the quality of care they spend on there clients I would highly recommend them cuz quite honestly any health care you're going to wait on to complain about the wait is just sad but the people there genuinely care so I would recommend plus how many pharmacies are still 24 hours and and after covid that it's extremely hard to find staff that are willing to work those hours yet alone medical professionals people who have training to help you when you don't have the ability to”

“I was very impressed with all of the employees who went out of their way to help me and ensure I got the items I needed. They also make sure I received the discounts I had coming.”
“I was just in Walgreens because I needed to get a couple of cases of water for work.
Lifting those cases can be pretty heavy, especially if you have recently thrown out your back, so when I lifted up a case to put in my cart, I let out a loud grunt, cause it hurt my back to lift.
Preston, was in the photo area behind the counter& noticed me struggling so he came from behind the counter& helped me right away by picking up both cases of water for me and put them in my cart AND put them in my car for me. He went above and beyond for me& took such good care of me!
THAT is so rare these days, but I'm looking forward to going back to Walgreens for my essential needs because they have really good deals! - especially on water!!

I may have been a little rude for a moment not understanding that I was getting 3 prescriptions and not one, hence the higher cost. The young man that helped is an absolute ? He was so incredibly patient, I was so pleasantly surprised!! You just don't find excellent customer service anymore so this encounter was so much appreciated ?”
