“You guys rock! Your store is clean. Your employees are actually doing work. The pharmacy is so sweet and pleasant Walgreens down on division. The employees down there need to come to you guys's store for training. I don't know if it'll work but they do me extra training because especially one person do talk to thing much down there but way Park Walgreens you guys got a five star from me keep up the good work. Your GM should be proud of you ?”
“Only one complaint: The customers that drive in on the outside lane against the arrow. Sam's Club should install those retractable tire spikes, like they have on the exit of parking garages. Either that or, people caught doing it should receive life in prison! Otherwise, great prices on gas! Worth the wait if there is a line. Save 10¢ - 25¢ a gallon!”

“This Costco is did not have the chicken or the chocolate milk I wanted, which they usually have at other locations. I do not live near a Costco, so I was disappointed to see that neither of the things I wanted were available. Other than that, this Costcos workers were helpful and the store was kept orderly and clean.”
“I have been getting my Pharmacy pills at Southside Pharmacy for a number of years. Doug is always so friendly and knowledgeable when I ask him questions about certain medication’s. The staff is also very friendly. I enjoy picking up my medication’s at Southside Pharmacy highly recommend.”
“This place has a smaller footprint which ok they might not have every flavor of your favorite coffee creamer but for your every day staples and quite a bit more, this is such a quick in and out shopping trip. I love stopping here mid week for things I forgot on the big weekend trip. Twenty minutes in and out with everything I need and back in the road.”
“I had some errands to run so I stopped in for lunch. Pizza and Soda for $2.70. You can't beat that. I also purchased Gas for a reasonable price. Thanks for being a partner in saving some cash.”

“Good prices. Since COVID, it's been very good being clean and well stocked. Having the pay a membership to shop at a store seems foolish (hence 4 stars).
Update 7.2.23: Items that were common are are often not available. Very hit and miss. Update 10.8.23: Items are still hit and miss. Update 3.30.24: Item selection has improved to what it once was, however some common items are still absent. Update 10.13.24: Prices are better than most places however still expensive to the point we are not purchasing some items.”
“The apothecary was very quick and helpful. We had to get medicine specially made for our rescue kitten because he is so small. They were able to help us get the medicine asap to get him feeling better! Everyone was so kind!”

“Great job..met set up person in hospital. Was very accommodating as my wife preferred the balls for administration of the antibiotic. She has done this 3 times prior over the last 20 years. Antibiotic and supplies all came by ups early the day of her discharge. Everything looks great. Thanks. I own Falk’s LTC pharmacy and we quit doing IVs a few years ago due to increased regulations. We appreciate the great service you have provided.

“It feels weird to write a 5-star review for a service I don't use, and I don't write reviews often.
Well, I used them once to pick up a prescription after an ER visit. But they don't take my insurance it turns out, so I'm back at my old pharmacy. But in my 2 times interacting with them, they have been genuinely, incredibly kind. The pharmacist took a good amount of time trying to find a loophole around my insurance so that my son's ER med was more affordable.
When I came back later with a follow-up question, they answered it and I let them know that I would be going back to my old pharmacy due to insurance. The woman, who knew I wasn't a future customer, asked how my son was doing and said we could visit their pharmacy anytime to say hi or chat.
Literally the nicest group of people. Going to the pharmacy isn't exactly fun for anyone involved, but the genuine care that comes from this group makes me want to go back.”
“Best pharmacy in the area! They have hands down the best prices and don’t rip off their customers. I have never had a problem that incurred due to them and they have always helped and worked with me in sticky situations with refills and my insurance being crappy. I used to dread the pharmacy and they made the whole process much easier. Will be using them as my primary for as long as I’m around here.”
“My 9year old son who has autism got his first inhaler and was very overwhelmed and scared. The pharmacist was amazing with him, explained how it worked and walked him through using it. Even checked in the next day to see if he had any questions and how it was going. Thank you Willie”

“While packing in the evening before leaving for vacation I realized I was short on one of my medications. They were closed at this point. I called them as soon as they opened once I was at my destination and explained what happened. They explained the process for me transfer my medication to a pharmacy where I was staying and within 2 hours I had my medication!!! I appreciated the shift coordination with the other pharmacy, especially since it was my error. Since I have gone to Northway Pharmacy I have had exceptional service.”
“They are fast and knowledgeable here! I like the drive thru option as well as being able to go inside the store and being able to talk to someone face to face. Some prescriptions take a couple of days to get but have never had an issue with them yet, and they give you the option of a phone call or text when your prescriptions are ready.”
“I am not a regular customer at this pharmacy, but I walked in and asked for a flu shot. The pharmacy looked pretty busy, but they got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great staff!”

“We appreciate the money back at CostCo!!!The checks are a bit difficult for us , as we tend to forget about it by the time we reach the register. Living two hours away makes it difficult because our opportunities are few and far between. We were not in the know that we could use the check towards renewing our membership and had just done that. So, we were so elated when the " head cashier " offered to return an item and use our check to pay for said item. Phew !! Now we have no worries !! Thank you COSTCO !!Suggestion: think about having the money on an app, like TJMaxx. If you have this already, let the customer know when renewing membership THANK YOU COSTCO”

“New to the area after a move and this was the first time I used this pharmacy. My doctor had my prescription sent to the pinecone location in the morning and I assumed (I shouldn't have and that's my bad) it would be ready later that day.When I went to pick it up they informed me it would be a few days. I guess it gets sent to the central location on occasion to get filled then sent to the pinecone location for distribution. However then also asked if I had some time as they could just get it done for me now if I wanted.They were visibly busy with things in pharmacy and the drive thru so I was honestly shocked at the offer and very appreciative. They could have just apologized and told me the date the prescription would be ready and have it be that. All of the people working that day were kind and very hard working. I felt it only appropriate since they worked extra hard to get my prescription filled I would take time to thank them again in a comment.”
“I highly recommend the 2 lady's who run it are the nicest people you will me I have been really struggling alot and my psychiatrist changed my pills 2or3 times rayshell and Holly were so supportive they were willing to redo my pill packs 2or3 times so that I wouldn't have to worry I highly recommend this pharmacy I can honestly say they are the nicest 2 ladys”
“The pharmacy is located inside of the mental health center to the left of the main entrance. They deal with Medicaid (MA) and with Part D only with Medicare. The staff are helpful, but while waiting for new orders from the doctor you will go without”

“Very convenient, can't give 5 stars cuz they have the prices jacked up so much that even the stuff in the soon to expire and sale bin are more expensive than the regular price of any other store.
But it's convenient, and they have a pretty good selection as well as FRESH produce.”
