Friendly staff that's always willing to help. They seem to always be short staffed, but they do a great job for the community around here with what they have.

The U.S. Postal System seems unfairly criticized - the 99.8 percent of instances where mail is delivered perfectly are all but forgotten in the aftermath of a lost or misplaced package.
The vast, vast majority of my interactions with the post office have been excellent - workers are amiable, and helpful.

I had the pleasure of having Walker as my mailman and he never fails to put a smile on my face with his friendliness, professional demanor. His strong physique always puts me at ease knowing my packages are in his caring, safe and muscular arms.

We consistently get other people’s packages from the neighborhood that we need to then bring to them. And we’ve had missing packages I'm sure for the same reason…. I just wish they’d take an extra second to deliver mail and packages to the correct place. We’ve also had our property damaged before and they were unwilling to do anything about it or pay for damages…. Getting pretty annoyed.

Door locked while they jaw Jack in the background. Rest of the store is wide open. Place has been open for 3 hrs according to all hours posted online and at store. Can't even scan my label and drop off the package.

They had my package at 4am today (the 6th) and now it is "delayed in transit" and won't be here until the 10th?? When it's sitting in your building? The post offices in this area are a joke, but this is extremely upsetting. We needed this package for the weekend.

Have always found their service to be efficient and professional. I imagine it’s a thankless job at times, and I appreciate their service.

Somehow my package was "out for delivery" and then randomly changed to "customer requested the shipment be held for collection"
I didnt request anything, the only thing I request is my package arrive on time at least once in the past 4 years of being here.

This place is terrible, I would rather drive 20 minutes to St. Cloud to pick up my package if I could. Just absolutely worthless

This is not a critique of this particular location. It is so incredibly difficult to get any answers to questions through usps...want to talk to, email, or talk online to a person? Good luck. I have had my mail stolen several times, and the box smashed more than 2x. All I want to do is move MY mailbox (not usps) off of the main road in a way that will not inhibit delivery but will mean I don't have to replace my box every year or worry that crackheads and thieves are taking my mail. Can I get an answer to a phone call or email? Nope.

Very very rude!! If I could give it a negative five stars I would. Better off putting an ups drop box there instead. By far the worst post office around. Becker post office has much better service and very helpful.

I’ve lived in Clearwater for a few years and every time I leave this location I leave with a smile. The people behind the counter are extremely helpful as well as patient with all my questions. I once walked in just after they closed and an employee cleaning the PO Box area offered to take my package that wouldn’t have otherwise fit in their receptacle. I’ve been using them more often these days and I couldn’t be happier with the genuine customer service they provide!

I'm sad to see that our post office has so many poor reviews. Either I am the "exception" or people only want to write a review when they have a bad experience. We moved to town a few months ago and the home we moved to didn't have a mailbox. After about a month or so of being unable to make it during their business hours I took a day off work and went in to see if we could put one up or if we were required to get a PO Box. The gal working behind the counter stepped away to ask another worker in the back. She had come back to tell me they would need to look into it, took a note with my contact info and reassured me she'd be in touch soon. Within a week she had called me to let me know we could put a box up and the location of where to put it. She even sent me the dimension requirements from her own personal cell phone and continued to be in touch to answer any questions! We are grateful for the customer service we received and her going above and beyond to help us.I personally would have given 5 stars if the hours were more reasonable for those of us already at work when they open and coming home after the have closed.

This post office is still so frustrating to deal with. Two weeks ago I go in to pick up a package that I thought they forgot to give to my husband the day before. They tell me they have no packages for me. I thought maybe something got messed up with Amazon because I tried to cancel the order but it was too late. I requested a refund with Amazon because I hate dealing with the post office. Two weeks later I'm waiting for a new phone to be delivered. I do an inquiry online about it being late or missing because there has been no new tracking on it in about a week. I get a call from someone saying it's not there yet and they'll put a slip in my box when it is. Not even 10 minutes later she calls again to tell me it just showed up and she's pretty sure it's my phone and it's in my PO box to be picked up...I pick it up after work to find out it's the article of clothing I didn't receive two weeks ago. It's a flimsy package that doesn't even resemble a phone... Not sure why they think it would be a phone but now the UPS and USPS tracking says my phone was delivered but it's actually an article of clothing with a different tracking number.
