“Incredibly honest and considerate business. Shout out to Ramin specifically, I brought my car to repair a broken mirror and his attention to detail identified an oil leak that almost spelled the death of my car, which I and my friends rely on. He referred me to a mechanic that he trusts who also took very good care of my car. Ramin and/or his crew also fixed an annoying looseness in my side mirror that I was more than willing to just deal with, AND Ramin came with me to my car to make sure the mirror’s angle was to my liking before I departed.

Each and every time I pick my car up after Milton and his crew have worked on it, I drive away happy and impressed by the quality of work and the fair price. Besides the high quality and thorough work done on my car, I am impressed by the service he provides. He always has time to schedule me into his workload. He completes the work when he says he will, but if there is a change to the repair plan, he lets me know ahead of time. He is always cordial and accommodating. His estimates have always been accurate, and in one case, the charge was less than the estimate. The price is always fair and the value I have received is outstanding. For this reason, I recommended him, and will continue to do so.”

I’d never been in an accident before and they were kind enough to help me navigate the process a bit. They helped me connect with the other driver’s insurer when I showed up at the shop without necessary paperwork. There were some marks on my car that I wasn’t sure if they were already there or caused by the collision. Staff took the time to walk through the incident with me and explain where contact points between cars would have been, helping me better understand the accident and provide accurate information to insurance.
They also noted a couple general maintenance things on the car (worn tire tread, old wipers, etc) and provided recommendations for local shops that could complete the repairs.
The car was finished more quickly than expected and tidying the interior was a nice touch. I felt well-informed throughout the entire process and haven’t had any post-repair issues in the 2ish weeks since it was fixed.
Because of Hagen’s, a really shitty situation was less stressful than it could have been and I am VERY thankful for that.
