He did this free of charge when I stopped into the shop and it took about 15 minutes. “I love this place! More and more rare to find such awesome customer service. After my front license plate and bracket had been stolen, the new bracket came with rivets I couldn’t install on my own. After a dealership told me I could wait in line behind everyone else and it may take hours, I checked to see what was nearby, crossed my fingers and drove over to the downtown Minneapolis Caliber Collision. They were so busy, I couldn’t even pull into the parking area. When I explained my problem, I was assured that they could help me, and a mechanic immediately went out to my car on the street, using their own screws instead of the cheap plastic rivets. Everyone was so friendly and when I tried to pay, I was told that a good review was all the payment they wanted. I am so impressed with this company!”
