There is a lady who sits on the right side (who speaks English and has a chicana Spanish accent). Her skin color is white. She is very rude and unprofessional to me. This is what happened. I came up with a question about changing a SIM card for a new unlocked phone that I bought from Amazon. She told me very passively and aggressively that I needed to register with the network, and I was like, How do you do that? She answered very loudly that here at Metro PCS, it is not the same as your country; the phone needs to register to network, and she keeps saying stuff like here in the USA doesn't work this way or here is not like Mexico. In my head, I was thinking that I'm not even Mexican ?,? and she kept saying that stuff. She didn't even let me finish what I was asking for. She needs to learn how to treat people, no matter the color of their skin.

Every time I go in and go to the Hispanic male with the long black hair I have to describe him because he doesn’t wear a name tag but he is not able to help me I literally have to go to a different worker their or a whole different store to get help or what I ask for done.

Broke yet another phone and had a bad experience at my old store (I will not mention names though ??) so I went out looking for a new Metro Store! And I found myself a good ? one! Not only did I get me a new phone ? I also have body armor for it! I was very happy with my stop and will definitely be stopping back!

I recently came in and although there was a bit of a language barrier, Lama had assisted me and helped me answer all of my questions. Will definitely be coming back. Amazing customer service!
