“I was the proud owner of my first brand new car, a 2024 Subaru Legacy in Ice Silver Metallic. At 9,000 miles, some guy rear ended me in a drive-thru. Aside from the physical damage, cue Steven He's "EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!!" meme. It was painful and I didn't trust anyone to fix it besides the dealership, but they didn't do paint work.
After agonizing about living with it or getting it repaired, I eventually chose Neil's simply because I'm a full-time employee, homeowner, father of two and husband, and they were the closest to me. I questioned whether I'd get the bumper repaired and re-painted properly after reading some of the reviews about new ownership in Jan 2024, but after talking to the owners and asking questions, I felt more comfortable.
Well, I couldn't be more pleased. I am very detail-oriented, so I did find a small paint chip in a corner upon pick-up, which could have happened during bumper re-installation and be easily missed. They immediately took full responsibility and corrected the spot without any drama whatsoever, and even allowed me to pick up the car on the 4th of July! I didn't ask for that and felt bad they did, but they made it seem like no big deal at all.
Taking a closer look now that it's back home, the paint match is as close to perfect as I could ask for... RGB color match between old and new is only off by 1% at worst and spot on at best. They tell me they're using a new paint now that sprays better and is higher quality. Seems it's doing its job.
They really bent over backwards to ensure I was satisfied, which is a tall order for someone as picky as me.
10/10 would repair here again.”

“After a very rude start at another dealership, I decided to not have them do the cam phasers on my 2019 3.5 EB F150, just due to the fact that if things didn't go alright, I'd have to deal with them. I took my truck in to North Country Ford, they got me fixed up and out of there in a bit better than a week. The truck runs better now at 39K than it did at 12K. They washed the truck, changed the oil and filled the 36 gallon gas tank! The Lariat 150 they loaned/rented to me for a week was amazingly nice at a beyond discount rate. They did me more than just one favor here and they've earned a customer for life. Recently had IWEs replaced and was rented a 2023 F150 Sport until the parts and labor was available. Great people to deal with.”
