I never felt pressured to buy, they didn't make me feel silly for not knowing certain things about the bikes, they just answered my questions and gave me the best options available.
When I wanted to buy but didn't have a way to get it home that day, they informed me of their free delivery service and had it in my driveway a few hours later! It was great customer service and an all-around great experience.”
