“I called Osterhus to ask about personalizing a Bible. I didn’t know much about the process. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful and went above and beyond. Linda and Sandy were very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. Linda even texted me the font choice.
I highly recommend using this company”
“A nice person helped me and ordered some stuff for me. Everyone was nice and the store was clean and well in order. Can't ask for anything more from a book store honestly.”

“I went here originally from 2003-2006 and graduated with my AA before moving on to a four-year university. I'm back now almost 20 years later and sincerely appreciate this place. I didn't realize back then how fortunate I was to attend NHCC when comparing it to the big university campuses.”

“I've been to HPB three times to sell in the last 10 days. Each time they were very professional and clear about what I should do (stay in the store ) and how l would be notified that my offer was ready. While the wait can be long, there is lots in store to keep book lovers busy😊. While I would always like more money, I think the offers (all or nothing) are fair considering the effort it would take me to sell our things another way. For your own and other seller's time, if you live close enough, consider keeping what you bring in to a few small totes. To check in, all your items need to be in store, and lots of things to sell just takes a long time!”
