“Stopped in to the Northtown Mall Blaine Mn location today 6/22/2026 to get a couple of my wife's jewelry pieces inspected & cleaned per the 6 month routine check up. The ladies there were super friendly & helpful. While the 1 girl was inspecting & cleaning the jewelry the other was helping me look at the G Shock watches. They all looked very nice & looked quite rugged also. I ended up selecting a watch then convinced my wife to get one also. I also took advantage of getting the warranty for both. All in all it was a great experience!
Just stopped in for our free cleaning & ended up doing that & leaving with 2 watches. I also put a ring on layaway for the wife.

“Met a nice lady when I went to the jewelry store. I had a watch that I wore to work everyday, it needed a little piece on my band clip that was bent and kept falling off my wrist. Randy was in the back and the nice lady brought him the watch and said it's a challenge but he doesn't like to lose.
Well, after a few minutes , Randy came out and had me try it on. It's perfect, back to the way it was. I asked him how much and he said nothing. Asked me my name and gave me his name. What a nice place. Thank you Randy!! And sorry I didn't get your name too, Miss Nice lady!”

“Came to Johantgen Jewelers for an appraisal for insurance and to get my wedding set soldered together. Nikki did an absolutely beautiful job with my rings, which were more challenging than typical rings due to the type of stones in them. She even tightened the settings to ensure I wouldn't lose the stones. Todd was also great and worked with me to make sure I was covered with my appraisal, and he explained how to help make my ring more structurally stable. I'll definitely be back for repairs and anything else I might need in the future!”
