“Super good experience! Highly recommend if you want a slightly more customized engagement ring. They were very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. The only downside is that it took slightly longer than initially anticipated and there was some miscommunication along the way, but everything came out perfect in the end and I would still recommend Knox to others that are looking for a jewelry store that differs from the larger stores across the twin cities.”

We had gone engagement ring shopping at two others places in the Twin Cities and felt really pressured and weird about the whole process. I’m so grateful my fiancé found Leo Daniels. I ended up chatting with Sylvie on the initial visit and she was amazing to work with. I wanted to take a classic shiny ring and have a hammered texture applied and more of a matte finish. “I heard of this place many years ago, but last year I moved in the area and finally got to experience the store. I mainly come here for the massages - what for my attention at first was the BOGO massage offer. They still offer this deal, but it is limited to new clients only, The store itself has a lot of pottery and home decor from around the world. Most times I go in there for a massage, I end up purchasing either their essential oils, body sprays, or room spray.
Scott has a talent of combining scents well and the best part is they're not overpowering.
I primarily have seen Scott for massages. You can tell he's very experienced and knows what he's doing. He takes direction well and gives the amount of pressure you're looking for. Joshua is very helpful at the checkout and always answers questions I have about the products. Scott has a certain lotion there that helps with sore muscles or arthritis. I forget the name of it, but he let me try it and it really did work. It's a little on the expensive side, but it works marvelously and I plan to get that in the future.”

Not long after my appointment, my bracelet did break - but when I brought it back in, it was repaired quickly, no questions asked, and at no extra cost. That level of customer service and care is so appreciated.
When I returned for the repair, I had my four-year-old with me, and the owner was incredibly kind and patient with her. The shop has such a warm, fun, and inviting vibe, it made the whole experience even better.

“I stumbled across MSP Jewelers during an accidental Google rabbit hole when my partner and I were beginning to drop hints at each other about getting engaged. I can happily say it was one of the best surprise discoveries I've ever made. :)
Ryan and Olivia are two of the nicest, most genuine people you could ever hope to work with on a project. As a wheelchair user, they went above and beyond to make sure their office suite would be accessible to me, even going so far as to offer to meet with me outside the suite when I was having issues with my wheelchair. They worked with me and my partner from start to finish on designing my dream engagement ring with a sapphire center stone. Ryan and Olivia were incredibly responsive every step of the way, happily made adjustments when requested, and met with us several times to make sure the ring was exactly what I wanted.
The end result was stunningly beautiful and perfect! It was also VERY reasonably priced compared to most other custom jewelry options.
As an aside, the original sapphire I’d ordered for my ring off Etsy came chipped and defective. Ryan and Olivia transformed that stone into an absolutely beautiful necklace that I’m now wearing almost daily. 💜
I cannot recommend MSP Jewelers enough for any and all jewelry needs. (And I almost never take the time of day to write a Google review, so that alone should say something!) I am so grateful for Olivia and Ryan’s hard work and dedication, and I cannot wait to continue working with them in the future. 😊”

“My mom brought me to this boutique because she is a huge fan of Stacey Johnson Jewelry and I wanted some of her earrings. We loved all of the fun and unique items the store has.
I bought some earrings and had a small issue with them when I got home. The boutique worked with Stacey to repair the earrings and then makes them to my home out of state.

“There was a vegan pop-up and a vegan food drive going on when I swung by. Such a cute store with so many 'must haves'. Vegan chocolates, beautiful plants, and gifts that would appeal to so many people.”
“I've made several purchases from the online store and besides 1 small hiccup with shipping on my first order, that hiccup being i paid for next day delivery and paid for the additional amount for next day delivery, well it didnt arrive next day so i reached out to the store team and they refunded the amount paid for expidited delivery. Otherwise everything has arrived on time and in decent packaging. The prices do fluctuate from time to time due to the markets but overall I have been extremely satisfied with my purchases. All silver is exactly as described and all of them rounds, fractional and bars have been .999 fine silver as advertised. Will continue doing business with them and hopefully will be able to make an in person visit in the future.
