I have had service at this dealership several times and it has always been great. The check-in process is simple and quick and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. The only reason for giving 4 stars is because they do not inform Carfax of the services performed. The previous dealership I used did.

Tadan is AMAZING! I stopped by the dealership to look at different SUV options and Tadan greeted me on the lot, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. He guided me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend him to anybody in the market for a new or used vehicle!

We just purchased a vehicle this past weekend and worked with Landon. He was spectacular. He reached out after we inquired about the vehicle and sent us a video with details not in the pictures so we were able to see them prior to driving quite a ways to see it in person. From the moment we arrived he was helpful, knowledgeable, paid attention to detail, and made sure we were able to work everything in the car before we drove off the lot. The manager and finance gentlemen were also very easy to work with! We would absolutely recommend McCarthy and will be back to see Landon when we need another vehicle!

I bought a new (to me) Acadia this weekend from Landon Crossley and he was amazing to work with!! He was patient and thorough and made the car buying process enjoyable (along with all the staff I encountered throughout the process). He walked me through many of the tech features the Denali trim offers and was engaging to chat with. I ❤️ my Acadia!! Thanks again, Landon!!!

Kyla and her manager Dalles were absolutely great to work with. The vehicle we were interested in ended up being not what we wanted and they didn't have anything similar to what we did want. They went out of their way to make a dealer trade to find us what exactly we wanted. We appreciate how they went above and beyond to make us happy customers. Would definitely suggest them to anyone! Highly recommend! Reached out after finding a truck I was interested in. Landon was quick to respond and setup an appointment for me to see the truck and answer any questions I had. Went in 2 days later, was treated with nothing but respect. Landon and the sales manager were great to work with along with the finance manager. By far the best experience I have had at a dealership, I will be going back when the time comes. If you’re looking to get a vehicle I 100% recommend to try these guys out, I’m sure you will be taking care of.
