“There was an error someplace about what day and time I was to be there. I went on Thursday and the lady at the desk said I was supposed to be there on Wednesday. I showed her the text affirming it was to be today. Then Kristen said I was scheduled for Tuesday. I know the person who scheduled over the phone had many difficulties. I hear it is a new system. But they got me in!”
