Some employees have a lack of knowledge or willingness to listen to a customer's situation or knowledge. Multiple tanks with dead fish and snails. Also was limited on the number of fish I was allowed to purchase even after explaining my experience and situation that is well capable of accepting more than double the fish I was asking for.

Always have had a great variety of fish in stock every time I’ve visited. Friendly staff and well educated employees within their fish department. I’m also a rewards member with PetSmart which I do recommend to anyone who is a frequent shopper and seeing their discounts provided are universal at any store. This location is a little ways from where I live, but I’ll definitely be back! You have an amazing selection of tetras! Thank you for the little guy I purchased today. I’ve got two other striped tetras to keep him company!

LMAO this place has a TON of dead fish just chilling in the tanks. Usually if a store doesn't have time to take care of one thing, it's a systemic issue which very likely spreads to how they take care of all other animals. Just beware

I had a 9:00 am grooming appointment for my dog. Usually is would take 45 min to 1 hour. At 12:15 I called and they said he would be ready in 1-1.5 hours (they had just started him). She then said they have been busy with a lot of walk-ins. I said well we had a 9:00 am appointment so I don’t understand why that would matter. He did not get done until 1:15. I will not be going back!!

I will never take my pups to this Petsmart for grooming again. They had them for over 6 hours. Didn't take them out to go to the bathroom. Also they had no water! This is animal cruelty!°°°

It was clean and people were helpful. The wet cat food we typically get can be found cheaper on Amazon.

2 stars because it's not fair for the good workers to give 0. Came in because my dang dog got feas from a rabbit and I wanted a natural rid. Googled a bunch of stuff and finally found a spray that they carried. I get there and walk around for 5-10min and cannot find it. (Mind you I'm stressed and want to get home asap to take care of the problem!). Finally found a worker, I said I'm sorry to interrupt (she was putting stuff on shelves) asked her if she could help me with something and she ROLLED HER EYES, and huffed, (wtf?!) I showed her the picture from google and she replied very sassy "that's petco, we are pet smart" I said ohh, you don't have it? She said no we do, and brought me to the aisle (it was the bottom shelf), I asked if she knew about fleas and she said nope! And walked away!.. at the checkout the lady asked if I found everything ok, I said yes but that lady sure is super rude!! She said "oh I'm so sorry, yeah that's my manager, she can be like that". I said I feel sorry for her that she has a manager like that! The disrespect is not ok.

I recently adopted a kitten from this location and the kitten seem to have some respiratory problems a few days after bringing her home so she was taken to the vet. At the vet they realized that she had really bad ear mites as well as an infection and gave her medicine for her respiratory issues this racked up a bill of close to $300 on top of which paying $255 for the kitten. I am reaching out to the adoption agency that works with PetSmart to see if I can get reimbursed something towards the vet bill. But I’m not exactly sure if it’s going to be a success. Fully check your pets before adopting.
