“The staff is friendly and works very hard to get prescriptions ready or answer any questions. They are quick to pick up the phone, and I rarely am put on hold. Unlike other retail pharmacies in the community, Allina does not run out of my prescriptions and keeps me updated when there are questions or billing changes. I love that they have mail order service that for me is provided free, and I’m not sure if this is a benefit of the pharmacy itself or my insurance plan. Ask about it if this is something you’re interested in because it really does save time and mileage to drive to the pharmacy.”
“We are in town for the holidays and while picking up pictures for my MIL before we left, my spouse left his phone on the counter without realizing it. Thanks to the shift leader (very tall polite man) we got it back before we even knew it was lost. I wish I could remember his name so I could publicly thank him. “Typical Cub food: wide and clean. Restrooms were clean : I had to rinse the green bell pepper there. They have organic fruits and vegetables that is not super expensive. 2 Entrances: the pharmacy entrance I did not like despite a stop sign: too tight and too many carts. Employees and customers seemed to be tamed by the AC inside the store: outside the heat is merciless.”

“I had an appointment here on Thursday 11/09/2023 I had troubles checking in the nurse helped me check in on the iPad at the kiosk stand thing and she was very kind she was the nurse I asked her name she said her name was summer. Summer was very kind and was very helpful and was very gentle I got a flu shot and the covid shot and she was very kind to me and my kids. thanks again for you being so kind to us your a great nurse you don’t see a lot of those dedicated nurses now a days she was very dedicated to her job she deserves a raise !!!”
