“I've had the cassava leaf & the beans and they were both delicious. This is my first time trying the fish gravy & wow, it's so good! Especially if you get some pepper sauce with it, it compliments it so nicely. The owner reminds me of the moms of all of the people I grew up with when I lived in Brooklyn Park. She was really nice & she really knows what she's doing in the kitchen. I highly recommend this place! Going to try the palm butter or the red oil potato greens next time 🤤”

“I went in to drop off a return I had started online, a fairly expensive monitor that was still brand new. There was an issue and at first the return could not be completed. A manager, Matt was called over. He worked on my behalf over the phone with Walmart for a good 20 minutes and to my relief made sure the monitor could be returned.”

“Bought a new cookbook and wanted to try a recipe. So sam L works in the produce in the morning, and I asked him if he knew what bean sprouts were.
The shelf was empty, hew ran back and found some for me.
He is such a pleasant person, very informational about fruits and vegetables.

“Typical Cub food: wide and clean. Restrooms were clean : I had to rinse the green bell pepper there. They have organic fruits and vegetables that is not super expensive. 2 Entrances: the pharmacy entrance I did not like despite a stop sign: too tight and too many carts. Employees and customers seemed to be tamed by the AC inside the store: outside the heat is merciless.”

“It's fine. Decent selection of produce, meat, and dairy (especially cheese). Okay selection of dry goods. Some of the better deals are limited time so if you see something you like, get it. Don't forget to bring your own bags and a quarter for the cart.”
