“A great place to get rid of cancer which I had 6.5 years ago.. HCMC rocks medical care! Oops . That was for the actual HCMC Specialty clinic. But it's true. Yes 5 stars for the pharmacy as well. I'm not surprised at the high rating for this pharmacy. Yes it can get busy but months ago I was struggling with medications being filled timely.. The place just does great job by being quick to fill and don't run out of my meds constantly. Thanks a bunch!”

“It was so refreshing to have a good experience with a pharmacy! I walked in, there was nobody ahead of me in line, and I had a confident and knowledgeable employee who really took care of everything, from deleting six old insurances and adding my new insurance, refilling a common prescription, and starting the prior authorization process for my new medication. I couldn't believe that I left the pharmacy feeling better about everything being clean and up to date.
This pharmacy is for specialty medications, so it's not for everyday use, but to know that there are employees out there who are knowledgeable and can take care of everything in one visit is so refreshing.”
“The pharmacy staff at this location is exceptional. They know and remember their customers and always make sure the drug and instructions are understood before ending transactions. Only issue is that Cub closed the North entrance by pharmacy so it's a much longer walk inside of store to access the pharmacy. Need to re-open for at least enter only.”

“This is the best pharmacy in town. Yes, it's small, but they beat the prices at Target and Walgreens, for prescriptions and over the counter stuff. Yesterday I had a prescription that wasn't covered by insurance. Walgreen's wanted $34.99. Got it from Lakes Pharmacy for $10. Plus, the pharmacist knows all about drug interactions, side effects, whatever you need to know. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
“It sucks how much harder it is to deal with pharmacies these days. I had to stop using retail pharmacies because of their supply issues with my prescriptions, limiting their hours and no longer taking phone calls. Fairview pharmacy has been better on most all of that, except the hours. I work full time, and I called ahead to tell them I was racing to get there before close on a weekday, but it would be tight by literally two minutes. And they said they couldn’t do anything to help me. Maybe it’s too much to ask for a little grace these days. But man. Just sad I’m going to have to go without medication tonight because of two minutes.”

What I enjoyed about my visit is the staff, they're absolutely the best and we're helpful with updating my membership information. “I have been shopping at this location for 28 years. They have gone through some really difficult times! Yes, the pharmacy lines are some times long, yes there shelves get empty, by shoplifters. Yet, the staff are always wonderful! Alex, Ethan, Kim, Paul, the pharmacy staff, and all the other front end staff are great! They all have a tough job. Keep shopping, and thank them!”
“I’m actually surprised to see the reviews regarding this pharmacy. Everyone has always been so efficient and kind when I’ve gone. I have a lot of medication and was frequenting often until I switched out of general convenience of a closer location, but I will be going back to Costco due to a certain medication being more affordable there. The manager Nicole is very kind and accommodating. Being ill and having a lot of medication can be anxiety inducing to manage and she was nice enough to help make things easier for me. Anytime I’ve had a question she took the time to answer and I have always very much appreciated that. The check out staff, especially Diane is really wonderful as well. Anyone that says they always have long lines, the line is never longer than 10 minutes, whoever says it’s longer is just being dramatic. The staff is doing their best, I believe their pharmacy is one of the busiest Costco pharmacies in the area, so be kind!!”
