“A great place to get rid of cancer which I had 6.5 years ago.. HCMC rocks medical care! Oops . That was for the actual HCMC Specialty clinic. But it's true. Yes 5 stars for the pharmacy as well. I'm not surprised at the high rating for this pharmacy. Yes it can get busy but months ago I was struggling with medications being filled timely.. The place just does great job by being quick to fill and don't run out of my meds constantly. Thanks a bunch!”

“The pharmacy staff at this location is exceptional. They know and remember their customers and always make sure the drug and instructions are understood before ending transactions. Only issue is that Cub closed the North entrance by pharmacy so it's a much longer walk inside of store to access the pharmacy. Need to re-open for at least enter only.”

“Have been using Costco pharmacy for about a year now - and let me say; it’s been life changing TBH. I have friends with similar medication regimens and the issues they continue to face (lack of inventory, refills taking an extended period to fill, the list can go on), never once I have experienced any of these issues from this pharmacy. They’ve been extremely friendly and helpful every time I’ve made a phone call, asked if a refill can be fast tracked, stopped to ask questions or just stopped to pick-up. Pharmacies are also healthcare facilities - and as another commenter stated we need to be better recognizing that and be responding accordingly as patients. And friendly reminder - you catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar.”
“This is a small update. I have added a few more items to this review to fully understand how this pharmacy functions. This items include some more details of what this pharmacy does and some photos.
This is one excellent pharmacy! It is located on the first floor of M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center Minneapolis. This clinic which opened up for business on February 22 2016 is reaching it's 10th anniversary. The pharmacy is an integral part of this facility, which integrates many different aspects of medical care into one building.
I will list the reasons, why I think this is one of the better pharmacies in the Twin cities. I will also upload some photos,so you can see this pharmacy & how it looks & works.
My main reason for giving them a high rating is that is very convenient to use. If you are a patient at this clinic,and your doctor orders you a medication. You don't have to go very far to obtain it. It's in the building on the first floor and you will save time and don't have to travel. The people & pharmacists that work here are extremely professional and want to help you. Ordering a medication here is very easy. Your doctor can just send it down to them by computer If you need a refill just call the phone number listed on the Google maps business profile. You can also talk to a live person! Which to me is a definite plus! You can also get a refill through their MyChart online service, which I use often.
I have been using the pharmacy for years and never had any problems obtaining my medication. It's a user friendly place! Once I had a doctor's appointment at this location. I told the M.D. I used a skin lotion for acne.( My condition returned.) I couldn't remember the name of it. The doctor looked at my medical record. My medical records showed the name,he sent it down to this pharmacy by computer and I had it quickly! ,I didn't have to make another appointment. Finally I would like to talk about the pharmacists that work here. They will explain to you everything you need to know about your medication. They will take the time with you and you will know how to use it properly, and why it was ordered for you etc. The pharmacists are caring. They are interested in your well-being!! They are the best of the best!
All the reasons I mentioned above are most of the reasons, why I use this place. It is small and easy to navigate around. It's a good place to get the right care. That's important in today's world. It's a place I think you will like!!(P.S. there is paid parking if you are going to be there awhile.If you need to just pickup a completed prescription,you can park in the driveway in front of this building near the pharmacy.. I have done this many times and there is no charge. It essentially free parking for a short time. This facility knows about this procedure. They have no problem with it. Just let the parking lot attendant know. If they know you just going to pickup a medicine,you should have no problem.!).
You also don't have to be a member of Fairview to use this pharmacy. It's a community pharmacy which is open to the public. The hours of operation for this Pharmacy are Monday - Friday 7am to 6pm. Saturday 8am to 12pm- noon. They are closed on Sunday. This facility is handicap accessible! This pharmacy does COVID, Influenza and other vaccines. They also do blood pressure checks which is an important part of your healthcare.You need to call the number listed on the Google business profile for an appointment to get vaccinated or a blood pressure check.I never had a long delay for any of my medications from this pharmacy. If I ever need to have more information on a medication. I call one of the pharmacists during their business hours. You will not have to wait long to talk to a pharmacist. Just another good procedure that this pharmacy has to offer!!”
