“There's a young man with a handlebar mustache and an older woman who both work the counter. Best Postal Service counter workers I've encountered in my entire time of using a post office (and I'm a senior citizen, so it's a LONG time). So helpful, pleasant, courteous, it's a pleasure seeing either of them.
My mail carrier is Adam M. I LOVE him. He's efficient, friendly and accommodating.
Unlike some of the fill-in carriers when he's off - they ignore a friendly wave, REPEATEDLY leave my mailbox hanging open with mail inside. On rainy days, it's a sloppy mess. People like that are who give the Post Office a bad reputation. Do better, my tax dollars pay you.”

“Stopped in to buy a stamp for a letter I was sending there and was very pleasantly surprised. I walked in and was immediately greeted by two younger staff whom were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They took great care of me, I didn’t have to wait in any lines (great timing on my end I guess?), and I was in and out within minutes. The inside is much bigger than it looks on the outside and I found out they do passports there too! Would definitely recommend going here.”

“I'll start by saying that I loved the help they were able to give me. I went to apply for my son's passport and they helped me in the best way possible and the procedures were fast. They made me feel welcome and there was one man in particular who helped me a lot. Most of the people were kind to my baby as well. I appreciate that they were very kind to me. :)”
“Really grateful that this place is here. However, it would be helpful if the hours read 9:00 instead of 8:30 for opening, since there is no counter service at 8:30.”
“I've only been here a handful of times, but when I do go the woman working the front counter has been efficient and pleasant to work with. Im sure it's a hard job, but she handles it with a great attitude. Someone give this woman a raise, she deserves it!”
“We had a great experience with our sons passport application at the post office! They were kind, helpful and made the process easy ☺️ They were even able to take his picture.”

“I have visited this location a few times now and have always experienced great customer service. Today I brought in a few packages and hadn't shipped any packages in about 10 years and the lady walked me right through the process. Even helping me switch one box to a bubble wrap mailer to save a few extra dollars. Thank you!”
“This review is strictly for the representative I dealt with during my visit today, and not the USPS facility as a whole.
David was incredibly helpful and patient. I had a large number of return packages, each with its own QR code. I came prepared with order numbers, but the process was still slow and tedious—scanning each code individually and printing separate receipts before moving to the next.
Despite how frustrating that could have been, David stayed calm, patient, and kind. In a situation where others might have rolled their eyes or acted annoyed, David made light of it and joked with me along the way about my nonsensical order. His attitude helped keep the interaction smooth and stress-free.
Thank you, David, for your great attitude—it made a huge difference.”
“I use them for my business and I absolutely love them. Sean/Shawn is especially friendly, patient and helpful to all the people I see him talking to.
You have to remember this is an annex, not a regular post office.”
“Yes, this is a mail distribution center but there are times I have to go there a pick up insured packages or certified mail. I have never had any problems getting my packages or certified mail there. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ring the bell, show them my id, get my package. Its that easy.”

“Eric was so kind to me this morning and actively helped me find a solution for sending my wedding invitations through the mail without being beaten up by the machine. Eric's kindness made me feel so calm and heard after being upset at the prospect of the invitations being damaged during the processing journey. So kind and helpful!”
“These employees go through so much... I was walking up to the door some guy cussing under his breath.... Some woman cussing at an employee as I open the door. You could see it was eating at them, but holding it in well. Best I could do was say.. Hi good afternoon, Love your pretty purple nails. Hope I can brighten your day.... They maybe be public service, but they have the right to kick people out. So glad I left them smiling and laughing ?. I have to go back tomorrow hope it's a repeat so I can make them smile again.”
“I've never had a bad experience at this post office, and my latest visit was no different. I have found that it helps to get there early in the day because it can get really busy. My only complaint is the parking lot is so full of potholes. And I agree that the new mailboxes are terrible.”
“This is the best post office you'll ever visit! I walked in there and there were 3 staff ready and available to help. Normally I'm used to very long lines. Also the customer service was exceptional, sorry I don't know his name but the Asian guy (clerk 24) provided me with above and beyond service. I will continue to go out of my way to only go to this post office for service, thanks so much!”
