The lady at the front watching the self checkouts was watching my partner and I like a hawk. She said we scanned things wrong and basically accused my partner of switching the stickers on a stuffed rabbit. She made them walk all the way to the back to get a new sticker, and the price was the same. So a waste of time. We found her condescending and it was weird that she was watching our screen only when all the self checkouts were full. If our friend didn’t validate that she had been watching our screen only, I could maybe give her the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, since she was ignoring all the white folks at the front and keeping an eye on my Hispanic partner… I have to assume the worst. This is on top of her misgendering them (after I corrected her.) I hope she was just having a rough day - but I have to imagine she’s like this all the time. I didn’t catch her name but she had ashy brunette hair that was curled and she was about 5’4 and in her 50s.
The store itself was also very disorganized and felt dusty. Prices were also high in terms of thrifting. There was an orange haired employee who was so sweet and kind - they get 5/5 stars. Not only did they greet me, but they were super sweet to my partner.
Update 11/14: sheriff deputy savers lady still works there and still targeted my brown partner - ignoring my white friend to the point of another worker coming over?? Once again accusing my fiance of stealing???? Nothing gets past this woman 🙄🙄🙄 annoying experience yet again. Let’s see if it’s like this again next time.

This place is very discriminatory! My daughter has anxiety and depression which they knew about she brought a note in when hired they approved that they would accommodate her and then proceeded to fire her for attendance. And management is very rude except for Shane . They are supposed to be helping the community yet they preceded to fire someone for mental illness how can it be a two way street helping and firing a sick person.

Good place to upcycle and give a new home to items that still have more life. Needed warm Jacket in a extra large size to go over a shoulder surgery. I know I can use it for 6 weeks and then re donate for someone else to get more use.

Would give zero stars if possible. The reviews that mention a rude, older lady at the self checkouts who profiles people and watches over them like a hawk are true. I found a lot of great items and have never had an experience like this at other locations, but I will not be returning to this one. I started scanning clothing items on the counter and was scanning the rest of the items in the cart. This woman first came over and rifled through the clothing and took over scanning and then came back as I was halfway through scanning stuff in the cart. She rifled through stuff I already scanned and kept picking up items and asking if we wanted them. My partner told her that yes, we were buying everything in the cart and she snapped at him and replied “I know I know but I have to make sure everything is scanned”. Then she proceeded to scan things that I had already scanned. I see many reviews mentioning this behavior and it seems that this Savers doesn’t care that her rude and hostile behavior is driving people away from returning.

I wanted to share my experience with this location. The prices here are extremely inflated, and customers are unfairly accused of switching tags without any evidence. The woman with the glasses photographed in another review is completely unprofessional and unsuitable for her job. Unfortunately, it seems the rudest staff members are placed in front-facing or managerial roles. I strongly suggest donating or shopping elsewhere. Reaching out to customer care doesn’t help either—they simply redirect you to the store, where the manager responds with hostility or a dismissive tone instead of addressing concerns.

I went to donate some stuff and was reprimanded by the person taking my donation, he said something negative about me mixing clothes with households! There were 2 sweatshirts on top on the box with the household stuff, also the huge bag of clothes I handed him was completely full and I had no more room for the sweatshirts! I told him I didn’t have 72 boxes to separate everything for him. I donate here a lot, I think I will find a new place that will be grateful to get my donation, and my business as I do stop into the store often!

Was in this store and bought a shirt and could not try it on till I got it on and did not fit tryed to get my money back and could get something else there is no signs that you could not get your money back so I am out that money and will never go in that rip off store

Me and my mother was racially profiled there. Looking at us up and down. We’re Native American and I just know she was judging us. The lady didn’t let us go to self checkout and just looked at us in disgust. I’ll never go to this place again.
