“I bought a used car here on 6/24/23. I told them I wanted to pay cash up front-no payments. We worked with Dameon and Jim. Jim had me test drive a Honda Accord that was in my price range. I was looking for an SUV, but also keeping options open. If that white accord is still there, BUY IT SOMEONE! LOL...the car was so quiet and had zero issues! I liked it A LOT but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. They had a 2012 Buick Enclave in the parking lot (my hubby bought a 2016 like 6 weeks ago, elsewhere). I parked the Honda and walked up to the Buick and started peeking in the windows. We walked toward the shop door and Dameon was standing there with keys. All he said was "drive it". So we took the Enclave for a spin and I fell in love. Only problem was payments. They worked so hard for us and I told them I needed under 250/mo payments or I had to move on. Well, I dont remember the gal's name, but they got me a car payment for $174/mo!! I left with the Buick! When I went to get gas, the check engine came on so I went back to the shop. Jim said it was an O2 sensor. He had me bring it back the following morning and they took great care of me, even though I bought the car AS IS! I was so pleased how well the staff all took care of us and got me exactly what I wanted! 5***** recommend! They are honest, and actually listen to their customers!”
“I'm not sure where to start, so let's start from the beginning. I went to Jake's auto mall after having life circumstances and bad decisions leave me with very bad credit and the need to find a place that would trust me to make payments on a reliable vehicle. I walked in expecting to be treated like I was just another customer. To my delight, I was treated with respect and dignity. From the moment I walked in to the very cozy office, the ladies made me feel welcome and appreciated. I quickly went from hanging my head in shame to feeling like things were going to be ok. They were honest right from the start with regards to the requirements to be approved. I brought paystubs, my down payment, and proof of insurance.I saw a Lincoln and test drove it and of course after feeling like I would love to own such a nice car I walked into the office and said.... I'll take it. Expecting laughter to erupt, I was surprised when they said, awesome let's get started. The paperwork was very quick and straightforward forward. I could have been out of there very quickly, but I honestly enjoyed the experience and how they made me feel like family, that I just sat and visited for a little while. Bottom line, whatever reason you have for going to a buy here pay here dealership, I strongly recommend these guys even if you don't have the credit struggles that I had. They are worth every minute you spend with them and worth every penny you will spend on a vehicle you want, because there is no pressure....NONE!Please stop by and check them out, you won't regret it!Ladies, thank you for treating me with respect and more like family than anything else.
